Tywin wanted to kiss Avalon all night but he knew it was too soon, he should still be grieving but he didnt think about Joanna, it was avalon that consumed his mind.

She had kissed his cheek that night when they got back, Tywin stabled the horse and Avalon got up on her tip toes and pressed a kiss to his cheek and from the look in her eyes she wanted more but knew the same as him. What would people think? She didnt want to hurt his reputation even though she so desperately wanted him.

Avalon was well educated and properly trained in etiquette and would make a wonderful lady of casterly rock. Princess of Casterly Rock. She would make a wonderful bride, wife, mother, Tywin wanted her, he wanted her now and all he needed to do was get Aerys to agree to a union, bless this wonderful idea that had been harboring in Tywin's heart since he saw Avalon again.

Avalon was the image of grace and beauty, she ignored the way the knights and nobles looked at her because she loved Tywin, she already loved him. But she knew it was too soon, he had just lost his wife, but how long was too long? How long was too short, he certainly looked at her like she was the only woman in the world.

"A dance, Avalon." Tywin requested holding out his hand at the gala. She smiled eagerly taking his hand their bodies tightly together as they moved throughout the great hall.

"Avalon for Tywin perhaps? He certainly hasnt been able to take his eyes off of her." Rhaella offered fondly.

"They seem to be getting along well." Aerys remarked stiffly as he looked to Avalon and Tywin.

"Our sister is a sweetheart of course they are getting along." Rhaella agreed.

"Its always for the best if the bride is not dragged down the aisle kicking and screaming." Rhaegar cut in and Aerys stared back at him.

"Even if Avalon didnt want a union she is a lady of grace and elegance. She is never one to make a fuss." Rhaella assured.

"Wonderful. There are too many women in this world who think they have the power." Aerys said pointed at Rhaella. "They dont. They never will."

"Never say never, husband." Rhaella hissed as she turned on her heel to leave.

"Tywin wouldnt know how to treat Avalon, he would bore her death." Aerys remarked. "Leave her like he did his own wife."

"He left because you demanded it." Rhaella corrected.

"He is the hand of the king, he shouldnt be there his place is with me." Aerys agreed.

"And as it turns out, Avalon lives here." Rhaella agreed. Aerys scoffed. Aerys was wrong. Tywin would treat Avalon like a queen.

Like how a Queen should be treated. He would treat Avalon better than a queen, he would praise her like a Goddess.
