Bosco pouted when she woke up in the hotel room on the last day of tour to find herself not being held by Daya. She rubbed her eyes and sat up, holding the blanket around her and perking up a little when she heard the other girl's voice.
She could hear Daya and Maddy whispering about something from the doorway, but couldn't make out the words. She stretched her arms and went to pull herself up to join them, but before she could, Daya had closed the door and was walking back to her.
"Hey sleepy." She smiled and happily scooped Bosco up in her arms, making her squeak and giggle as she held onto her. "Guess what I get to do tonight."
Bosco gazed up at her in pure admiration, her arms wrapping around her neck. "You get to take me home?" She said hopefully.
"Exactly." Daya said, kissing her forehead and sitting her back down on the bed. "I get to take you home with me and we get all the time in the world together."
Bosco had never felt so excited. Daya was a relatively private person when it came to the times she was home. Bosco had only ever seen pics of her dog or ones of her and Maddy messing around. It felt nice that Daya trusted her enough to bring her into such a private place.
She reached out to Daya's waist, pulling her down on top of her and making her squeak. She smiled victoriously and wrapped her legs around her waist to keep her there. "What were you and Maddy talking about?"
"Nothing. I don't know what you're talking about." Daya smirked and kissed her cheek, trying to pull herself back up.
Bosco huffed, tightening her legs around her and making her squeak again. "I heard you talking when I woke up."
"You must've been dreaming. I was just...in the bathroom. Yeah." Daya pecked her lips and attempted to pull herself up again.
Bosco whimpered, holding onto her shoulders now to get her to stay down. "Daya don't lie to me." She pouted, determined to look cute in an effort to get the truth out of her. The puppy eyes always worked on Angie, they should work on Daya too.
Daya froze up before shaking her head. "Nope, not even your very cute powers can make me tell you anything."
"So you admit you and Maddy were talking about something?" Bosco asked with a playful smirk, starting to giggle at the expression on Daya's face.
"Damn you-" Daya huffed and finally pulled herself up, lifting Bosco over her shoulder and making her squeak this time. "You don't need to know though. You can't make me say anything else."
Bosco frowned and went limp over her shoulder, letting her carry her into the bathroom and set her down on the counter. "Why are you keeping secrets from me?" She asked, crossing her arms.
"Not secrets. It's just a surprise." Daya said and paired it with a kiss to her lips to wipe her frown away. "I'm gonna keep it that way no matter how hard you try to get it out of me."
Bosco tried not to smile, but the kiss made it hard not to. She gazed up at Daya and watched as she pulled her shirt off. "When do I get to find out what it is?"
"When we get home, baby. I promise." Daya said as she placed her shirt down. She went to turn the shower on until her arms were grabbed and Bosco placed them around her waist instead.
The smaller girl smiled once Daya's arms were around her, leaning her head against her chest. "There. I'm home now. Can you tell me the surprise?"
Daya was confused for a moment before realizing what she meant. She blushed, tightening her arms around her. "I- That was very cute but no I can't tell you yet-"
