Bosco got nervous, thinking she had done something wrong. She reached for the ring that still hung around her neck. "I-I'm sorry, I just don't know how to say no to her and-"

"It's okay, baby. It's alright." Daya laid a hand on her cheek when noticing her starting to become anxious. "Don't apologize. I just wasn't expecting that. I'd be happy to meet your sister."

Bosco wasn't very convinced, shifting in Daya's lap and avoiding her gaze. "I'm sorry. This is too fast, isn't it? I-I can tell her that we still need to wait a little and maybe she'd understand and-"

"Bosco, princess." Daya gently turned her head so she could look into her eyes. "I promise you it's okay. I was only caught off guard because my ex's family wasn't the most welcoming the first time I met them. But she wasn't great either. I'm sure this is going to be much different."

Bosco was quiet before letting out a sigh, melting into her hold again and laying her head on her shoulder. She tried to focus on the gentle touches and comforting kisses Daya pressed against her temple, but she was still incredibly anxious. Irene didn't seem very impressed already. She had no idea what she'd do when she finally met Daya.

She went limp as she let Daya lift her out of the water, staring off into space while she was laid on the bed and gently dried off. Daya sighed, pressing a soft kiss to her lips. "Baby?"

Bosco faced her, fidgeting with the ring. "Hm?"

Daya leaned her forehead against hers, holding one of her hands. "I love you. Okay?"

Those three words had an effect on Bosco like no other. She smiled a little, feeling herself relax as she gently pulled Daya down beside her and snuggled into her chest. "I love you too."

Bosco had developed somewhat of a routine for concert days. Today, she sat in Daya's lap in one of the seats of the next city's venue, watching as Stephanie's Child did their own vocal warmups onstage. Daya's knee bounced slightly, the motion making Bosco's eyes close slightly before she leaned down against her.

Daya smiled when she noticed, laying her head on top of hers. They were soon joined by Gigi, who sat beside them with a concerned look on her face.

"Pictures of you two at the mall were released." She said, immediately getting Bosco's attention. "I didn't know if you had seen them yet."

Daya sighed, rubbing gentle circles into Bosco's back when she saw her reach for the ring. "No, I haven't. I don't really want to."

Bosco looked up at Gigi nervously. "...Did you see my name posted anywhere?"

Gigi shook her head. "No, I don't think so. Most articles or photo captions refer to you as the mystery girl."

Bosco sighed in relief. She had gone private on all social media and removed her face from her profile pictures. She still wasn't ready for her identity to be found out. Not yet.

Daya could tell she was still slightly nervous, wanting to make sure she lowered her anxiety as much as possible. While Gigi went off to find Crystal, she texted Maddy to ask her to bring her notebook that was in the tour bus to her. She'd get it herself, but she didn't want to disturb Bosco on her lap or run into fans before she looked presentable.

She hummed softly for the smaller girl as she waited, twirling a strand of her dark hair. Bosco kept her head against her chest, eyes focused on the band that was onstage. She didn't notice Maddy come up to them a couple minutes later with the notebook in her hand.

She tucked it into Daya's arm, and Daya said a quiet thank you before she turned her attention to Bosco. She moved her hand away from her hair to start flipping through the pages, trying to find the most recent one she had been on.
