Daya practically burst out of the bathroom, pulling her shirt down over her waist and shaking her head so water went everywhere. "They what?-"
Maddy held her phone up to her, her eyes wide. "The fans. They helped us find her."
Daya and Bosco exchanged a look before the taller girl took Maddy's phone. She was met by the grainy and blurry pictures from the venue security cameras, but as she scrolled, she found a ton of Get Dusted fans mentioning the same social media account over and over again.
"A lot of fans must've started tracking her down after you posted that video." Maddy explained as Daya continued to scroll. "They tracked down where exactly the leaks of Bosco's information came from. And well..."
Daya clicked on the username, finding it belonged to a popular fanpage. Chills ran down her spine when she saw the girl had posted pictures from a ton of different meet and greets she had gone to. Most of the pictures had her in them. It was terrifying to think a fan who had seemed so normal could be so horrible to Bosco. "Are you sure that's her...?"
Maddy took her phone from her hands, typing and scrolling until she found a picture in the fan's tagged photos. "Look at her hand."
Daya looked down at the picture, Bosco snuggling under her arm to look as well. The taller girl immediately stiffened, clenching her fist. The ring she had given to Bosco was on the girl's finger.
Bosco frowned, snuggling closer to Daya's side. "That's her..." She whispered. "I don't like her very much..."
"I fucking hate her." Daya said through clenched teeth, her anger practically burning inside of her. "And I feel sick knowing that I've met her."
"What happens now?" Angie asked Maddy. "Like, you've found her social media, but what next?"
"We hunt her down and press charges. Getting a restraining order against her for both bands is more than likely." Maddy said, starting to quickly text Deja. "We're going to get this taken care of as soon as possible."
"Do I get the ring back...?" Bosco asked quietly, starting to shiver and press herself further against Daya.
Daya scooped her up in her arms, kissing her forehead. "I'll do whatever it takes to get that ring back for you, princess." She said, starting to carry her back to her bedroom. "Keep me updated, Mads."
"Of course." Maddy said, going downstairs to call Deja. Daya closed the bedroom door behind her, setting Bosco down. It felt like a huge weight had been lifted off her chest. They found her, they just needed to deal with her.
Bosco dug through her girlfriend's bag instead of her dresser. She pulled out a sweater that she had meant to steal before she left, and she hugged it to her chest as she looked over at Daya. "...She won't try hurting me again, will she?" She asked nervously.
"She won't ever come near you again. I won't let her." Daya said, watching as Bosco pulled the sweater on over her head. "She won't ever want to make that mistake again."
Bosco blushed a little, lifting her arms up to her. "I always knew there were crazy fans, I even thought I was one. But this is a whole other level..."
Daya picked her back up, sitting her on the bed and kissing her forehead again. "And it's never going to happen again. I can promise you that."
Bosco gazed up at her, finding her muscles tense and an unreadable expression in her eyes. She could tell that Daya was trying to hide her anger from her. She leaned forward, kissing the tip of her nose lightly before smiling sweetly. "You're cute when you're all angry and protective."
Daya blushed this time, trying to shake it off. "Thanks, I think-"
Bosco giggled quietly, wrapping her arms around her neck to keep herself close. She felt a small spark of hope now that they were really tracking the girl down and would be dealing with her. She leaned her forehead against Daya's. "How long are you here for?"
