Carol rolled on her side and landed on her back while Astrid smashed right into Dana.
“Owww!!! What is it with the world trying to hurt me today?”
“Everyone okay?” Carol said
“We’re fine,” the others said in unison
“Considering the circumstances…” Astrid said
Amara shone her light on the walls of the whole. The walls were wet with humidity. The air was cool.
“What is this place?” Astrid asked
“Okay…so now we are down here, what now?” Asked Amara
“Well…seeing as there is no way back up, I say we go forward…” Carol said
Since no one had any other ideas they pushed forward. They walked and they walked and they walked. The cavern seemed to be endless. The more they went forward, the more spacious the cavern became. They all walked in silently. The only thing that was breaking the eerie silence was the water dripping down from the walls. Every few seconds there was a distinct “plop!” As the water hit the ground
After a few more minutes they reached an intersection. There were long ladder-like structures snaking all over the floor. They stretched all the way through the tunnel.
“What the…what?” Said, Astrid
20 mins later
“I know where we are now!” Said, Carol
“Really?” Amara asked
“Well not exactly. But I do know what this place is! It all makes sense, this seems to be an old subway! Those ladder things, they’re obviously train tracks!”
Well, you guys figured it out… IT TOOK YOU 20 MINUTES! I AS A NARRATOR COULD TAKE LESS THAN 20 MINUTES TO GUESS THAT!!!!
“HEY TRY FIGURING OUT WHERE YOU ARE WHEN YOU’RE LOST!” Dana sai-
Hey, wait…
You can hear me?
Dana: Of course, I can!
Narrator: That doesn’t make sense…how can you hear me?
Dana: I dunno. Can we get back to the story? My friends and I are in a predicament.
Ok, ok sorry back to the story…
“Thank you!” Said, Dana.
Silence
“Who are….who are you talking to?” Carol said
“The narrator!” Dana said happily”
“ Um, Anyways… Should we go into the tunnel or….” Said Astrid
“Or we can head down into the tunnel!” said Dana
“Great, just great!…” said Astrid sarcastically
The girls head down the old scary dark subway tunnel...
“OUCH!!”
“Sorry!!! Wait who was that”
“It’s called a girl who loves art”
“Oops sorry Astrid heh”
“It’s fine Dana”
“Um wait don’t we have flashlights…” said Dana
…
“We totally forgot we had flashlights..” said Carol
All of them turned on their own flashlights.
“FINALLY I CAN SEE!” said Dana
“Guys why did it suddenly become cold…” said Amara
Really? I never felt it. Said, Carol
“Maybe it’s because the cOLd neVEr BOtHerEd YOu aNyWAy!!” said Dana
“Very funny…but seriously I don’t feel the cold,” said Carol
“Really?! Because I do!” said Astrid
“Same!” said Dana
“Hmm that’s weird,” said Carol
“SHE’S AN ALIEN!!!” said Dana
“No I’m not…” said Carol
“That’s what an alien would say….” said Astrid
“Guys seriously I’m not…” said Carol
“If you aren’t an alien then maybe you're a…. Witch!! Wait, not just a witch, an ice witch!!” Said, Dana
“But don’t worry I’m still friends with you even if you are an ice witch,” said Dana, pulling her friend close to her and comforting her.

“I’M NOT A ICE WITCH EITHER!!” said Carol angrily.
“Don’t worry Carol, we’re here for you… even if you have another life as a witch and you didn’t tell us,” said Astrid with tears in her eyes.
While Astrid and Dana kept “comforting” Carol (which just annoyed her more”… Amara went further into the tunnel and fou-
“GUYS I FOUND SOMETHING!!” echoed Amara.
Well, that was what I was about to say but anyways...
Carol, Dana, and Astrid immediately ran further.
“What is it?”
“Is it a way out?”
“Is it food?”
“Is it another witch?”
“ FOR THE LAST TIME! I AM NOT A WITCH!” Carol screamed
“Ok, Dana she is not a witch and I found a way out!” said Amara
“FINALLY WE CAN GET OUT OF HERE!!!” said Dana
“YES, WE’VE BEEN HERE FOR LIKE WHAT HOURS ALREADY?!!” Said, Astrid
“YEAH!! It was exhausting, I mean like seriously we walked too long,” said Carol
“THEN WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR LET’S GO ALREADY!” said Dana
