I felt good. I had a talk with Mom and Dad from Earth yesterday night, when Tecna and I came back to our apartments on my new Magix phone from Tecna and Flora. I woke up to the alarm on my phone the screen said August 26,2004 6:00 in the morn. It was still my sketch of my home in Gardenia on Earth as the homescreen lockscreen background. I had an hour before breakfast and Flora had woken up too now.
"Good grief." I can't believe it's morning already," sighed Flora. "Great! You got our present. Well, my idea, Tecna put it into action." She had noticed my new phone in my hands.
"I love you, Flora you're so sweet." I complimented her. "Do you want to go for a walk in the woods, Flora? Just the two of us?!"
"Sure, why not?" responds Flora. "Nature always brings me much needed peace. I have that demonstration to do with Francine, in Palladium's class. My single performance is first and then she'll do a single exercise then we have to work together to defeat a monster opposite of our powers.
"Fire and water are opposites, Flora. Francine's will be a fire creature. Nature has its own fire with in trees the very life essence of some trees on Earth is their sap and when they catch on fire they explode same as stepping on an armed mind and stone works against nature too, Flora, so it's gotta be somewhere along there. You'll do well, Flora, you're a very great student."
We had walked to the entrance Alfea during our conversations as we kept up with our current schedule. We were dresses in our regular casual clothes. We exited the butterfly gates of the Alfea campus and headed to Lake Roccaluce and sat beside its banks.
"This lake is beautiful, Flora." I spoke breaking the silence.
"Indeed, this is the rarest pristine water body in all of Magix the water is so fresh just one drop of oil would destroy everything in its radius." stated Flora. "Sometimes I wish I could understand aquatic plants as much as I do land plants, but I can't."
"There must be an ability to learn later that will let you do that, Flora." I tell her gently smiling at her.
"I hope you're right Bloom I want to expand my knowledge as a nature fairy stretch out beyond the norm of most Lynphea realm fairies there is so much we don't know yet." Flora adds to our conversation delightedly. A natural moment the two of us would share throughout the year and build our bond of friendship up more.
"I wonder what Wizgis will have do today in class besides reading." I thought aloud.
"Probably more camouflage assignments, we should make Tecna our Supervisor for all us girls so we all do it this time including Stella."
"I agree." I told my new best friend. I really liked Flora very much. "Look, what are those?"
"Gray-tipped Tails Squirrels, Bloom. A Magix fairy animal indigenous to this world." Flora responds easily to me. "They like these Silver Tree Fruits."
It was an acorn shaped pod with a dim gray rough edged top and a silver nut case. The fruit was more elongated than the acorns of our oaks back home too. The stem by which Flora held the fruit was twice as long.
