Hola Your Bitchiness!
Crush: Liking someone? Having those dreamy eyes when you talk about him?Denying you like him though you're blushing furiously and avoiding the major symptom of liking someone?
In the paragraphs that follow this lame excuse of stating something seriously, you will see some simple examples of having crushes while denying it. Or just seriously not having a crush. You judge. We HAD to do this due to the exceeding amount of may/may not be crushes around us. Okay so here you go:
1. Ivy the quiet awkward girl. ( Not really, she has a huge mouth xD get me?)
Okay so, with Ivy, let's start from a while back. When she was a bud. One that hasn't clearly reached spring time. She was in school band. And guess who catches her eye? *drum roll* The Drummer! You saw that one coming didn't ya? Anyhow, she started developing this huge thing called a crush on him and thought about him day and night, watching him use those 'skillful hands' to beat the shit out of a poor drum. :D
So long story short, he found out and embarrassing stuff happened and blah blah blah. He's off doing his A'levels with his drummer friends now and going to join the army in a few years . Don't take it too seriously, Ivs. Beefy guys are hot. Not. For me anyway.
Ivy was slowly getting over her crush and suddenly, her parents (I suddenly forgot this part) or some of their old friends arranged a BBQ. And made Ivy meet her long lost kindergarten bestie! He was all grown up and changed which made it all awkward that night. How he remembered her name surprised her to no ends, making her heart flutter unexpectedly. Was her life finally turning into a cliche romance novel? Maybe crushing on THE drummer was a sign.
Put your claws back in Ivy, I'm kidding. I was exaggerating. A little, maybe.
Anyhow, the BBQ ended, as painfully awkward as it was. And the next day, Ivy finds Zane's (the guy) friend request on Facebook! She accepts it eagerly and quite nervously and they start talking. They chat a little bit more each day, thinking back and talking about their childhood. Little did they know that they were creating a perfect romance novel right on nothing but Facebook. 15 minutes of simple chatting turns into hours of full blown conversation, arguing and teasing each other.
Her friends slowly became aware of this dirty little secret she was keeping from them. (not really. She'd ask me what to say back to him xD)And they accused her of having a crush on Zane and she denied it wholeheartedly, giving us her innocent face, which made it more suspicious. Anyone who knew her knows fully well she has to have a good reason to waste her anime/Korean/book reading time to talk to a guy. And knowing her, 'just friends' doesn't cut is as almost everything she does around a 'guy' is as cliche as it can be.
So, what's your opinion on this?
I was planning to write a simple description and look how that turned out. C for crush and controversy II coming up next.
