The months went by. January went by really fast. No one had anything exciting to report about it other than the month going so fast.

February was a good month as Valentine's Day approached. Albert, Bonzo, Tito, and Hector received Valentine's Day cards from their classmates. Unfortunately, Tina and Pop did not. To make up for not receiving any to cherr them up. Albert, Bonzo, Tito, and Hector all made Valentine's Day cards from them to Pop and Tina. Something that made Pop and Tina very touched and grateful.

March held Spring Break. Everyone enjoyed their two weeks off. Spring Break had very warm weather and temperatures. Willy took his kids to the beach, and they had a blast swimming and playing volleyball with Bonzo having fun being the coach.

Finally, April came around. Horrible weather came around as rain pretty much dominated the entire month. Trivia Land literally looked like Seattle!

Albert watched as the rain poured out of the sky one day. He thought it would be a good idea to take measurements on the amount of inches one day would get compared to another day. It would be a good experiment in his mind to see how much it may rain per day for a week.

It seemed to be a good science experiment to pass the spare time at the house and not be bored reading the same old science books he had that told him the same stuff over and over.

Unfortunately, all the rain also brought on a problem. Pop caught a cold from being outside in the rain when he had to go outside to retrieve one of his toys that he accidentally left outside when he and Tito had a backyard campout the other night.

The other night, which was a Friday, Tito and Pop had the brilliant idea to camp out in a tent in the backyard. Willy agreed to the idea. Everyone else wanted to stay in the house, but they still enjoyed the campfire and the s'mores that were made.

Tito and Pop slept in the tent for that Friday night. Pop took a small plush toy to sleep with.

And that same plush toy is what Pop accidentally forgot to take back into the house and was now soaked from that rain.

Pop managed to save it at the cost of getting sick.

He had a huge cold. He coughed and sneezed loudly. Willy had another sick child to take care of. First, it was Bonzo, who fell through the ice a while back. Now, it was Pop.

Willy placed Pop's feet inside a small tub of water and wrapped a blanket around him. Then, he made some nice, warm tea for him.

"Ahh, thanks, Willy.", he said as he took a sip before blowing his nose. Willy nodded. "Don't worry about it. I am just glad you are doing better.", he replied.

Pop nodded but frowned when he looked outside. It was pouring!

"I hate this rain! It doesn't do any good. It just makes things worse. It also does no good for me. *sneeze* *sniffle* I wish it would just go away!", Pop said with annoyance. Willy simply shook his head. He knew he had to explain to Pop the importance of the rain that they were having.

"Now, Pop, I know you are probably very upset about this rain and how it may be bad for you and for others. But, this rain is actually vital for all plant life that grows in the spring and the plant life that has to grow in the summer. You see, Pop, plant life depends on the amount of rain that comes down. The more water a plant has, the better. After all, April showers bring May flowers. With little to no water, there will be very little to no plant life, especially for the remainder of spring and for the upcoming summer. And plant life is vital to our own existence. So, while rain can make things bad and miserable, it can also make things good and bountiful.", he explained.

Pop was in awe. "Wow, I guess I haven't thought of it that way. You are right, Willy. The rain may be bad at times, but in the end, it is worth it to see the plant life.", he said.

Willy nodded in agreement. "I couldn't agree more, Pop."

Yes, even the worst of things in life can bring out the best of things if one takes the time to look for it.
