The Hale family arrived at the animal clinic, finding Stiles and Deaton trying to hold down a sick werewolf, Brett. "What the hell is happening to this kid?" Stiles asks, trying to hold Brett still. "He's been poisoned by a rare wolfsbane. I need to make an incision and you need to hold him as still as possible" Deaton answers as Derek, Talulah and Lily help to hold the struggling werewolf. "Hey Derek, Lily, how about a little werewolf strength?" Stiles asks the werewolves, anxiously. "Yeah, I'm not the only one here with werewolf strength" Derek mutters under his breath. "If you can't hold him still, the incision might kill him" Deaton warns them. "We're trying" Lily says, struggling. "Guys, he's slipping! I don't think I can hold him!" Stiles exclaims as Brett shoots up, aggravated and delusional from the wolfsbane as he swings his claws around.
They back away from the sick werewolf, but not without Derek receiving a slight scratch on the arm.
A sudden fist came out of nowhere, knocking Brett out, causing everyone to turn their heads to see Peter with a proud smirk. "I guess I still have a little werewolf strength myself" He remarks. "Yeah, maybe more than a little" Derek mutters, glancing down at his arm to see the scratch only just healing.
To his utter relief, his wife and daughter hadn't seen it.
He hated hiding it from them, but the last thing he needs is them worrying about him. "Hey Doc, I don't think he's breathing" Stiles tells Deaton, concerned.
Deaton made the incision on Brett's chest as yellow mist flew out. "Is he ok?" Lily asks. "He'll be fine, just unconscious for a while" Deaton answers. "Guys, can you hear that? I think he's saying something" Stiles says, trying to hear what Brett's muttering. "The sun. The moon. The truth. The sun. The moon. The truth" They barely hear Brett mutter. "Three things cannot be long hidden; the sun, the moon and the truth" Deaton explains. "It's Buddhist" Derek adds. "Satomi" Peter says in realization, making Talulah snap her head to him, finding the name familiar.
