The loud sound of rain woke Sultana up, squeezing her eyes open. All thanks to the weather, seeing the sun rise is a grace one should always look towards to. She walked to the bathroom removing every single piece of clothing on her. Yesternight was nothing beautiful, crying herself to sleep due to heartbreak. Qalb in a way did the right thing but she is not sure if she should forgive him. She put the on the sower, allowing the hot beads of water romanticize her skin.
Choosing the clothes to wear was never a problem for Sultana because her clothes are arranged perfectly in her closet in a way that every mood can have an option. She opted for a simple gown and rushed downstairs."Oh my love, the best sister in the world." Sultan hugged her from behind.
She burged him off and walked towards their father's parlor to check whether the maids are done cleaning it. Yes that's how responsible she is now.
"Come on,speak to me." He whined following her as she adjust the curtains."I don't speak to snitches."She replied rolling her eyes.
She turned on the burners putting on some bakhoor around the house and walk to the kitchen.
"Mama Kareeme,"
Mama kareeme rushed inside the kitchen through the backdoor."Abincin su Mama zaayi anjima koh?" Sultana asked. She turned to look at Sultan with a frown on her when she noticed the cake gone.
"I was hungryyyyand it's mineee."
"eh. za'ayi tuwon semo da miyan taushe."
"Toh shkn. Akai dining in an gama?"
"toh shikenan." Mame Kareeme said excusing herself to finish off some work.
"And you...why did you eat the cake i baked?"
"But it was mine..i turned 21." He said pouting which she couldn't resist so she smiled.
"Happy Birthday to you Sultan, Don't snitch on me next year."
"i can make up for that, let's go for an ice cream date."
"And who will pay?"
"Ha'an, it's my brithday, ofcourse you will pay."
After Sultan effortlessly convinced her, she decided to pay.
"We go by 4pm then, afterwards we pick up them Baba from the airport."
Sultana has been feeling a bit restless since her mother informed her they will be coming back with one of their cousins. She has never being a family type of person but she wants to adjust, hopefully she does it well.
The day is still young, instead of going back to bed, she decided to go to the garden and read, her new hobby.

"Sultan, i really thought we are having the date in the car!! we don't have to go in."
Sultana whined holding Sultan's arms. She haven't really been going out these days due to her new fear, fear of the outside world. She feels everyone will be shouting and pointing towards her or to some extent, someone might attack her.
