Time skip! Things are going to get a bit more interesting now :)

April, 2019.
"The only way to play this sport is to take it to them and push hard. 45 minutes, don't let up. Alright? Let's go!" Lance said and we all cheered as we walked out our tunnel, which our team logo was painted on and next to it, a black painted wall with 'Commitment to Excellence' painted in white bold letters.
Over the past 2 years, lots of changes have happened. First of all, I hit the big 30 last year, Mom is now 72, and Dad is 81. He sold the family business to the WWE, and he still does train new and upcoming wrestlers, but not as much as he used to. Bruce and Rick have taken most of the duties in that department since the ailments my Dad is stricken with are worsening. Brian had a big fallout with the WWE, and he's taken a break from wrestling, focusing on his family since Julie gave birth to a baby girl a few months back. Brian. Jr is now 9, Alice's daughter, Charlotte, is 8, and about to hit 9 in a few months. Jenny and Dave adopted a 2 year old girl named Anna last year since Jenny was running high with the Women's Title, and Terry is 4 years old now too.
Jenny, however, has grown tired of wrestling and is going to retire after her contract is up, which is in August. After her run with the belt, she dropped it to Becky, and was made to job against various other wrestlers before her original gimmick, The Blue Bolt, was brought back as a heel. This time, it's a comedy gimmick, where Jenny claims she ain't The Blue Bolt, going to lengths as being in the ring with The Blue Bolt. It's kind of shameful that they've got one of the best female ring technicians, and they've got nothing for her.
Anyway, Bruce is still against me and Alex being together, but I don't care what he thinks. The man is thick headed, so there's really no way of getting it through his head. Alex and I have been going strong with our relationship, and I met her parents just shortly after we moved here 2 years ago. They welcomed me with open arms and her dad picked my brain about wrestling nearly the whole time, which was kind of funny. Me and Kayla have agreed to be matchmakers for Kelley and Emily so we can finally get them together. Our main plan is to set them up on a date, and it's been going well and we have high hopes with it.
Speaking of relationships, one big shocker was Allie hooking up with Jeff, my ex. I told her I don't have an issue with it, and they both recently started officially dating. I'm happy for them, and Jeff and I still talk once and awhile.
The biggest change we all had to adjust to was John's sudden retirement from coaching at the end of the 2017 season. He retired with the win-loss record of 88-27-16, giving him the winning percentage of .749. He's the only coach in the league with a record like this, becoming the best coach in NWSL history, and we're lucky we had him. When he announced he was retiring from coaching, we all threw him a big farewell party. Funnily enough, he's now a commentator, and he is a good one. Before the season began, Al made history in the league by promoting Lance to Head Coach, making Lance the first African-American to be a Head Coach in the NWSL. Like Lance said, Al gave him the job because he believes that he can make us a winning team like we were in the past seasons.
Playing here at the Memorial Coliseum is a massive upgrade from our old stadium. It's just a better field in general, plus the locker room and facilities are even better. World Cup preparations are underway and I'm hopeful I'll get a call up. Surely I will since after Hope got blacklisted after Rio, I was getting called up again.
2019 has been a great year so far, and I can't wait to end it as one of the best years of my career.

Jenny's POV
I was sitting in the locker room, scrolling through Twitter after I got changed into my Blue Bolt get up, which was different to the original, but retained the same colors. I had my cape tied up around my neck and there's a piece of string at both of the sides where I can hook my fingers around it so I can act like I'm flying. Last year at Survivor Series, they had me be lowered from the rafters of the arena we were in, which was scary since I'm afraid of heights. Eventually, I had to go to the ring and run-in on Sasha Banks' match and attack her. I did that, got booed and ran backstage, my arm flailing up and down like I'm flying. Once I was backstage, I had to do an interview.
"Well, Blue Bolt, it's been awhile since we've seen you here in the WWE. To what do we owe the honor?" Cathy Kelly asked me. "Well, Cathy. It's quite simple. The Blue Bolt is back in the WWE because the WWE needs the Blue Bolt back."
"Needed for what? Jenny?" She asked before pointing the mic towards me.
I looked at her with a confused expression underneath the mask, "Jenny? I'm not Jenny. Where is Jenny? I'm looking for Jenny Taylor too, where is she?" I said to her and she shrugged her shoulders.
"Anyway," I continued, "The conditions here in the WWE have become deplorable. There's-there's too much....." I trailed off, acting like I'm trying to figure out what to say, "well, everything. Too much trash talk, too much hostility, too much bullying. Everything is deplorable here in the WWE."
"But why you?"
"Why me? Because the WWE needs a superhero like the Blue Bolt. One that can protect good from evil. And one last thing in closing to all my little Blue Bolts, take your vitamins, say your prayers, and drink your milk. Woo!"

Alex's POV
Ellie nudged me in the arm from the seat she was sitting in onto the left. We were at a local bar that was filled with lots of annoying, rowdy men who always glanced at us all whenever we came in here. One of our newest teammates, Finau, a girl from Tonga, is the most muscular out of all of us, and she embraced the Stingers mentally very quickly. Her and Kayla are already best buds, and if a fight happened, you can expect them to be in it.
One of the men from the bar came over, clearly intoxicated with a smirk on his face. "Hmm, y'all are some very good looking girls." He snickered, "How about you all come over and give us a show." I clenched my fist in anger and looked at Ellie, who had an angry look. However, Kayla started mouthing off. "How you back off, otherwise I'll stick my foot up your ass!"
The man reached over the table and grabbed Kayla by the shirt, and Finau instantly stood up and punched in the nose, followed by a loud crunching noise of the bone breaking. He screamed in pain as blood ran down his nose and his friends instantly ran over. Ellie grabbed my hand and pulled me away from the fight, and Kelley, Sonnett and the others who were here followed before we watched the chaos unfold. Kayla had grabbed a pool cue and smacked one of the guys over the head with it. Finau knocked out one of them, and dodged a punch. She then got both her index and trigger fingers from her right hand and reached into the guy's mouth and broke off some of the guy's bottom teeth.
"It's time to go." She said, looking at all of us who were watching. We nodded as two more guys from the bar backed away from us. My heart was racing as I got in Ellie's car. She quickly pulled away and drove us back home. She looked over at me, and grabbed my hand. "You okay?"
"Just a bit rattled." I said, "That was out of hand."
Ellie nodded and squeezed my hand, "I know. Now I know not to get on the bad side of Finau. The fact she broke off some of that dude's bottom teeth is absolutely bonkers."
We both eventually arrived at home, and I sat down on the couch as Ellie threw me a bottle of water. I caught it, and unscrewed the lid before taking a sip of the cold liquid. Ellie sat down next to me and we both cuddled on the couch. "You still shaken up?" She asked me while she rubbed my arm. I shook my head and she smiled, pressing her lips against my forehead as I let out a content sigh. Who thought L.A would get this crazy?
