Waking up alone never got easier for Shigaraki, and it took years before he started getting back to doing villain work without his right-hand man.

Shigaraki put on a new t-shirt and pants that day, just like any other. He tried to pick through his dry and crispy hair once again, which was only painful. He sighed and checked the date before leaving his room. "Toga, we're going out.. I'll let you kill a hero or two.." he said and walked to the living area "Alright boss" She smiled and got up.

Only a couple of hours out, with way more blood on them than expected. They came to a halt, the sound of footsteps all around them. He looked at Toga "Fucking go! It's too dangerous here for you Himiko." Shigaraki said. She nodded slowly and looked skeptical. She left though. 

Before he knew it he was surrounded.. but one too many heroes. He was at advantage until his five fingers laid onto their neck and nothing happened. He looked up and saw red glowing eyes staring at him "This is where it ends Villain" the Hero that erased his quirk spoke. Shigaraki was about to retaliate until the point of a knife dug into his chest. Pressing down and into his chest.

He was breathing seconds before, but now he couldn't.. and the healing quirk he stole couldn't activate in this situation. He was done for. He spent too much time distracted by grief then getting stronger and tough enough to make his master who was long gone proud. Why did he even care it was useless..

He let out a broken cry or scream that was ugly. The searing pain digging in till it spread to an unbearably cold sensation that was incredibly hot at the same time.

He opened his eyes hazily after what felt like forever, the pain had stopped.. he felt numb. The heroes had left. He looked up above his head and saw a figure.. a familiar figure with White hair and blue eyes.. and the scars.. the figure came closer till he was inches away from his face

"You joined me, love." The other said.. Touya said "Touya.." he said softly and sat up and looked at him. It took only a little time before he was in the other's arms

"I'm sorry.. I'm sorry" he cried and sobbed into his dead lover's chest "shh.. it's past.. this is now.. we're both gone.. we can be here now.. together.. I swear.." Touya said quietly.
