Sahiba was doing her work diligently when she heard her ringtone again but this time it was Keerat. She picked up the phone hurriedly to talk to her and the conversation started which resulting in Sahiba putting her phone on speaker and then talking to her sister.

"Sahiba di?" Keerat began asking her.

"Hm?" Sahiba replied.

"They are not mistreating you right?" Keerat asked to which Sahiba went uncomfortable.

"Of course not Keerat. Brar family is really sweet and loving family, yes they were upset due to mummy and Seerat di but they never wronged me in anyway. They treat me like their own." Sahiba said.

"And what about Angad?" Keerat asked worrying about her Sahiba di's condition.

"He is okay. Angad is a little bitter when it comes to Seerat di as you know he loved her and it is really hard to forget your first love so he is at his best behaviour with me." Sahiba replied after gulping the throatful of cry.

Sahiba couldn't let Keerat know of the mental atrocities she was suffering in the Brar mansion neither she could let her younger sister know that she is miserable being alone all the time.

She just tried to sound happy to her little sister because she was aware of the fact that Keerat will burn down the whole world if she knows about Sahiba's woes.

Angad was coming in Sahiba's art shop to talk to her but stopped when he heard her praising his family in front of her younger sister and it shocked him because their family never even bothered about her being alive or dead and she on the other hand is praising his family.

And then Angad heard Keerat asking Sahiba about himself and was again surprised by her answer. She actually understood his anger and justified his behaviour.

'Why would she do that?' He thought.

He left without meeting her and went to his office to focus on work so that it could distract himself from everything happening around him.

He thought of his childhood, he was so naïve, innocent to recognise the faces of cruelty in this harsh world but because of the disputes and scheming family members, he grew up so fast. He was always aware of what Jasleen is trying to do to his parents but he remained silent and loving towards her because of his mom's command.

His mother believes that no matter what happens between the elders, the children shouldn't interfere between their matters and stay polite to everyone.

He had always heard Manveer say, "Hate is a cruel emotion which hurts the person it develops itself into. Hate can destroy your own self but one thing which can destroy hate is Love."

Angad always tried to follow that policy but this time he wasn't able to and he didn't know why. He couldn't stop himself from hating Sahiba, Seerat and the entire Monga family when the truth was revealed.

But now he neither hates them neither does he like them.

He does have a little bitterness towards Seerat because he loved her too much but not so much that the bitterness consumes his life.

He decided that he will come to the Art festival as Sahiba's husband and help her like she did and get rid of the favour she did to him by posing as his wife. He will not let her taunt himself and get her the upper hand.

He will always have the upper hand in their situation and show everyone that he did such a great favour to Sahiba.

Sahiba and Angad both entered the Brar mansion and Sahiba went straight to her room took a shower and came out of the bathroom. She was extremely happy today because she talked to Keerat and her dad again and it seemed like everything is going back to normal.

Everything was sorting out in her life starting to the Art Festival for which Sahiba was preparing very passionately. She was hard working so much that she was forgetting her daily routines.

She was combing her hair gently and then a knock echoed the room; she knew it was her dinner as she avoided dining with the Brar family. She opened the room and found a servant standing with her food and she thanked the person, took her food and went inside.

She then carried on with her daily ritual of sitting in the garden and having her peaceful time which had now started giving her many ideas for the Art festival.

Whereas Angad went to his room and started drinking in confusion and no one stopped him because they thought that he is sad about Seerat.

Garry and Jasleen thought that their plan is succeeding because they saw Brar's tearing apart. Jasleen wanted to break the chains of her family because she believed that no one from the family supported her during her separation followed by a drastic divorce.

Jasleen was extremely bitter with Manveer and targeted her mercilessly. She schemed against her, taunted her, filled his brother's ears against her, framed her in various things but Manveer never said a word against her sister-in-law. Manveer always loved Garry and Jasleen like her own children and treated them with care, she defended herself when accused but with dignity.

And now Garry had started the same thing with Angad. Garry was aware of the fact that the relationship which Angad and his wife share is not normal and if he instigates him against Sahiba then he can break these people completely and rule the business.

Angad was aware of his mischief but he kept quiet thinking that Sahiba was the culprit of his life but now he knew that she did nothing wrong so he needs to defend her in front of Jasleen and Garry or else they could eat her alive as they did with his parents and their relationship.

Manveer realised that she loved to have Sahiba as her daughter-in-law as she is respectful, wise and has a beautiful heart which were the exact qualities she was looking for her son's bride.

Inder and Manveer's relationship had improved so much so that they were now inseparable which made Sahiba very happy.

Angad was now determined to save Sahiba from the vultures and protect her from every harm that came to her way.
