Hey amazing readers,

----------------------------------------------------------------

Sahiba came outside from the room in the living arena, waiting for her groom to arrive. She was dressed in a yellow saree with orange deep back mirror work blouse with a fishtail and puffed hairdo. Her face was adored in loads of jewelry with Bahubali Jhumki earrings, choker necklace and a subtle mang-tika.

Then was heard the sound of honking and she jumped in excitement to see her husband. The Brar family entered with Angad following them dressed in yellow kurta and white pajama. His broad chest being outlined in the kurta he looked so handsome that he almost took her breath away.

When he saw his bride checking him out openly, he winked at her which made her blush furiously. She was so embarrassed that she looked away and greeted her in-laws who blessed her.

When she touched Manveer's feet as a mark of respect, the latter hugged her and held her chin lovingly saying, "You look so beautiful my child." She then took some kohl from her eyes and put that on the back of her ear which is a gesture normally done for protecting someone from evil eyes.

Then the families moved towards the gurudwara and they then took blessings from Babaji and the official ring ceremony or kurmai was performed.

Sahiba and Angad exchanged rings and were blessed in front of the god. Daarji then made him eat some dried dates completing the ceremony since Sahiba's grandfather was no more, followed by the food arrangements for everyone.

After the ceremony everyone moved out of the gurudwara where the food arrangements were made and Sahiba along with Angad took upon the responsibility of Langar Seva for everyone visiting the gurudwara for the day.

This gesture remarked their thankfulness towards the lord who protected them all along and gave them the sweetest family. They wanted to convey their regards and respects towards Babaji and Langar Seva was the best option of that.

Daarji got emotional looking at his grandson performing the seva because he was the one who taught him while Angad was a kid and today when he saw that how much important it was to his grandson, it made him realize that the kid he protected, taught and raised had now become a strong young man who respects his traditions.

After performing the seva the couple went towards their families and everyone proceeded to Sahiba's home. As decided, the next ritual was to be done day after tomorrow and for that the arrangements had to be done.

Angad stole his wife away from the elders and let them decide the arrangements, while he wanted to spend some quality time with his beloved.

He brought Sahiba to her room and kissed her not giving the chance for her to speak. They both were passionately making out as Sahiba also melted in the kiss.

Angad then parted away and dipped his head in the crook of her neck saying, "I missed you, love."

Sahiba just smiled and caressed his head whispering, "I missed you too."

The couple kept romancing with each other while the elders were busy but Veer noticed that his brother and bhabhi were missing so he went on a hunt.

He found them in room with open doors. Sahiba's arms were circling his shoulder and his brother held her waist firmly .

Veer just coughed to indicate them about his presence which made them separate. "Guys just a few more days and then you both will be together but till then you both need to control your horses."

The couple blushed furiously and broke apart with Sahiba running outside and Angad left there embarrassed.

They then went down where the elders were deciding the auspicious time for the chunni ceremony. The chunni ceremony is auspicious ceremony is performed by mother of the groom who covers the head of the bride with a red scarf or chunni which signifies that from now on the bride-to-be is responsible for upholding the honour and pride of the groom's family.

The bride has to wear the clothes and jewelery brought by her in-laws and the groom marks her head with sindoor or vermilion as a sign of commitment. Sweets as shagun are also offered by groom's parents to the family of the bride as blessings and acceptance of engagement. Gifts are also exchanged between the two families followed by a grand celebration with a lot of music and dance.

The brar family decided that it would be better for the families to properly prepare for the upcoming event.

It was a little tough for everyone to adhere to the timings due to the strictness of the rules which are to be followed in a particular ceremony but the auspicious time which was predicted forced them to stick to the rules of the ceremony.

But then, they managed perfectly because it was about Angad and Sahiba.

The couple endured too much in their lives and were now together, they deserved this pampering and love.

It was 3 days later that Sahiba was sitting in the gurudwara praying for her upcoming life and she was along with her family.

The Brar family entered and she saw the ladies carrying the clothes and jewelry which she knew that her dear mum-in-law chose herself for her.

Sahiba was then taken to a room and dolled up in the outfit brought by her in laws. Angad's heat skipped a beat when he saw his angel entering the hall looking so beautiful.

For him, she was the most gorgeous woman ever existed and his eyes showed how much he adored her.

The ritual was completed by Angad applying sindoor on her forehead and everyone fed her sweets of her choice.

Sahiba was getting treated like a queen and that's what she imagined.
