"Bring it, Old Man," I smirked.

Y/N's POV

My eye snapped open, and I quickly sat up. I looked down at my hands, and a wide grin spread across my face so fast that it began to hurt. "Yes!" I cheered happily. "Take that, Old Man!"

Soon my excitement dialled down, and I glanced down at my hands. I noticed I wasn't in my previous outfit. Instead, I was wearing something else. It was far more comfortable than what I previously had on.

I looked back up at my surroundings. I was back in the Fairy King's Forest, but I have no idea how I got here. The last thing I remember is...

"Gloxinia!" I yell. Rising to my feet, I slightly stumbled before regaining balance and running out of the Sacred Tree. A rush of adrenaline flowing through my veins.

"It's Lady Y/N!" A Fairy let out a small gasp of surprise.

"Something's brought her back to life!" Another Fairy said

"It's a miracle!" A Fairy cheered. Soon all of the Fairies In the surrounding area started cheering and letting out endless praises of how much they missed me.

Soon all the adrenaline that my body once had was completely drained from my entire body. I slowed down my pace and slowly moved towards a tree. Leaning on it, I slid down it and sat on the grass under me.

I rest the back of my hand on my forehead as I catch my breath. My head feels like it's on fire. Actually, my entire body does.

"Lady Y/N, are you alright?" Ende asked me. She had a worried look on her face.

"I'm fine," I said in between breaths. "But thank you, Ende."

"Alrighty then, time to find Gloxinia," I said to myself, getting up, using the tree for support.

As I was about to summon my dark wings, I felt something grab my hand. "What the–" I looked down to see what grabbed my hand, only to see a tree root sprouting out from the ground and latching onto my hand.

"You won't be going anywhere!" A voice said, coming off as rather sharp.

I looked over my shoulder and saw Gerheade floating a few feet away from where I stood. A crazy grin took over my face as I couldn't help but smile. "Finally! A familiar face! For a second I thought I was having an endless nightmare." I stated with a smile as I tried to move towards her but was prevented by the tree root's tight grip on my hand.

"Hey, come on. Gerheade, let go of me!" I whined, trying to free my hand of her magic, but it only got tighter each time I tugged.

"Didn't you hear me?" She asked, her tone much harsher this time. "You're not going anywhere."
