On to the story...~

The rumbling of tracks brought me back to consciousness and I looked around to see we were still on the train. We had gotten on the earliest train there was at four in the morning, only about an hour ago so it was still dark outside. I yawned and looked around. Edward was asleep next to the window with Alphonse right beside him. Trevor was busy sleeping on my shoulder and I had just woken up and was leaning against the window. But wait something's missing...where is-

"KAT?!" I yelled, accidentally making Ed jump from his sleep, and I quickly shrunk back in my seat. Trevor opened his eyes sleepily and looked at me wearily.

"Kat is gone!" I whisper shouted to him. His eyes opened wide as we both got up and started to sneakily search the train car. Al watched us curiously and Ed went back to sleep. Well then, thanks for looking for your friend!

'Kat! Where the hell are you?!' I tried to mind link her. I couldn't smell her anywhere! Why does she always have to be sneaky an disappear?! Wait..if she isn't here that means...

We went back to our seats while I slumped over and put my face into my hands as soon as I sat down. We left her behind in Youswell! I feel so terrible that I completely forgot about her! Trevor patted my back as he had the same realization as I did.

"I'm a terrible best friend," I muttered silently as I leaned onto Trevor's shoulder as he wrapped his arms around me.

"She'll be fine Lex. Kat's a big girl and can find her own way around. We'll find her or she'll find us eventually." Trevor cooed softly while stroking my hair. I can't believe we forgot to wait for her to get on the train. She probably has no idea where we are, and no way to contact us. It would be easier if we could mindlink, but I think the distance is too far or else she would've replied back.

What if she needs help? What if she was kidnapped? She is still younger than me, so I'm supposed to be responsible for her. She could be in really serious trouble all because we left her, though I'm sure the coal miners won't cause any harm to her.

I started to bite my thumb as I grew more and more nervous. I started to taste blood, so I pulled away quickly to find blood starting to drip down my thumb. Grr. Stupid wolf strength.

I started to hear a tap outside our window. I looked at it cautiously and opened the window to poke my head out. I couldn't see anything so I pulled my head back in and closed it once more.

There was another tap on the window, and I ignored it; it's just the wind.

"Nice to see you're worried about me~"

"What the hell?!" I turned to the window to see it opened and Kat looking in upside down. The night air was fanning her hair sideways as she grinned at me. Moonlight cascaded over her hair and face making them look as white as snow. It was freaking creepy.

"You should come out here! The breeze is really nice!" She exclaimed with a small grin. I glared at her before grabbing her hand and pulling her into the train. She landed gracefully on her feet with a duffle bag on her back.

"Did ya miss me guys? It was almost hard to find the train, but I smelled you guys on it so I figured you had to be here!"

I gave her a hard thwack on the head

"You idiot! We were worried sick about you! Next time, tell us where you are before you decide to disappear!" I yelled at her. She pouted at me and crossed her arms.
