A campfire

Yulan hugged Judy tightly and whispered into her ears softly to comfort her, "Tiano came and jumped in front of the crowd to save her."

........


 He quickly tore off her dress's burnt dragging length and threw her veil away, which immediately stopped the fire from spreading to her.
He Threw glasses at the guests to stop them.

Then they both kicked the resort's big glass window till it broke.

Tiano said with sweaty, serious, and sincere eyes,  "DO YOU TRUST ME?!"

Minzo baffled calmly while still panting, "Er....No?"

"THEN TRUST ME!"
Saying this, he suddenly grabbed her hand and jumped with her in the water. 
"AAAAAAAHHHH!!!!"
She screamed but trusted the fall.

They swam until the sight of city lights wasn't seen.
Tiano couldn't swim anymore.
His breath was out.
He knew that this was the end.
He felt his eyes droop...


............




Then Tiano suddenly found himself lying in front of a neighborhood.
He was perplexed but couldn't even speak a word.
He opened his mouth to speak but couldn't. 

The girl spoke first, "I'm Minzo. You?"
He forced a smile, " T-Tiano."
Without looking at him she nodded and said, " Good." And knocked at a house door in the neighborhood. 

The door opened with a very familiar voice. A woman answered the door. Water was still dripping from them. 

She was dumbfounded.

"OH! Minzo?! WHY ARE YOU HOME?!"

Minzo nodded subtly again and answered calmly after gulping and then let out a steady breath, 
"Someone shouted that I'm a vampire. My dress had also caught fire."


The woman's face was blank for a moment and she smiled afterward, "And you feared dying?"
"No. I feared that I WOULDN'T die in front of them."


Tiano was dumbstruck by their conversation.

"Oh. So he saved you and you brought him with you?"
"Yes."


The woman glanced at Tiano and smirked at Minzo, "I thought he was the dinner."
Both of them laughed and chills ran down his spine.


He forced a smile through his extreme fear, "I--I'll head home then."


The woman and Minzo laughed at him once again.
The woman Waved inside making way for them to enter.

Tiano was still confused.
He looked at Minzo and whispered," What?"

Minzo laughed till she got laughter tears,  "Come in! We're just messing with you!"
The other woman smiled with her too.

Her smile seemed genuine this time.
Tiano scratched his head lightly, smiled confusedly, and entered the house.



She introduced, "This is my aunt, Sapphire."


Surprised, " AUNT?! SHE LOOKS SO YOUNG!"


He asked looking around, "If this is your home, why wasn't she in the marriage?"


Minzo smiled at him and subtly nodded, "You'll know soon"


Tiano nodded in confusion.

The woman looked similar to Tiano.
He was staring hard at her to remember his lost memories.
The woman smiled at him warmly.
She gives off a motherly vibe but looks like a high schooler.

Minzo pointed at a picture on the wall and mentioned, "This is her lost family. Her son, daughter, and husband---all dead."

Tiano's tears fell. He touched the picture.
He was shocked.
Minzo gasped without reacting but nodded, "Wow, Awesome. Congrats. You've found each other."

HE looked back calmly at Sapphire with tears.

"MOM?"
Sapphire's eyes were also teary.
As if she longed for him for so many years!
"Tiano?! YOU'RE ALIVE! MY SON! MY BABY!"


Minzo Looked once at him and then at her; nodding all the time.

Minzo muttered as if things like this happen daily, "Cool!"


It was very special for them though.
After getting reunited after so many years, the mother and son hugged each other.
Just a planned campfire of the Creator.
