The Wildfire

They were about to kiss but jumped a foot away from each other when Sapphire clapped loudly in front of them.  
When did she come home, when she got here nobody realized.

They scratched their head in embarrassment and chuckled nervously.

 Minzo forced a smile, " Aunt! When did you arrive?!" And muttered, " And how much did you hear?"

Sapphire smirked.
Her eyebrows raised but she didn't show much of her teeth.
Her smirk changed to a smile gradually confirming Minzo's suspicion.
Her eyes sparkled and roamed from Tiano to Minzo.
This is how she expresses her extreme happiness.
Then she chuckled softly.

 Tiano noticed the way she laughed and expressed her happiness was similar to someone else's.
 But who? He doesn't remember.
Just a flash of hazy trails of voice appeared in his mind, and they flew away like specks of dust in a gust of autumn breeze.

Tiano looked away.
He is suddenly rebellious.
He suddenly shouted and pleaded, " MOM!" The rest didn't come out of his mouth.
Something blocked it.
His eyes teared up even thinking about it.

Sapphire was suddenly surprised but she realized it too.
Tiano and Sapphire's eyes widened and sparkled as they filled with tears.

Minzo looked at Sapphire once.
Tiano once.
At Sapphire once again and giggled.
Then she looked at Tiano again as the situation sank in her head.
She started laughing loudly as she realized what was happening.

Tiano's eyes were still widened as he couldn't believe it was real.
Tiano called out again, "MOM!"
Sapphire extended her arms silently inviting him to a hug.
Tiano ran and hugged her tightly and cried like a kid.
It turned to a weep soon as he let go of his pent-up emotions.
Sapphire teared up too.
Tiano hugged her tighter.
Sapphire stretched an arm towards Minzo amidst the hug when she realized Minzo existed too who was watching them with teared-up happy eyes.

Minzo also joined the hug. The three hugged tightly.

The hug gradually loosened and the three still held each other looking into each other's eyes. Tiano had a lot to say but couldn't say a word.
Sapphire knew exactly what Tiano was about to say.
So, she revealed another truth to distract his thoughts.

She said, " Tiano, you and Minzo are destined, maybe. See the ring? I didn't know Tiano, that you wear the other ring of the couple ring set."

Sapphire smiled while saying.

Tiano and Minzo suddenly noticed that by looking at each other's and their own hands.
Slowly, their surprise turned into realization.
They were mesmerized by how fate united them.

Tiano and Minzo held each other's hand for a while and kept on smiling till their eyes silently promised to be lost into each other's souls forever.

Tiano chuckled and Minzo giggled.
Tiano said, "How did this happen?"
Minzo echoed his words, " Yeah...how?..."

They chuckled more as they looked into each other's eyes.
Happy tears filled their eyes as they realized that they'd found their soulmates.
Minzo said, "Fate works in...weird ways...right?"

She chuckled softly and nervously.
Her eyes glimmered with hope and fascination.
She could see the reflection of her emotions in Tiano's eyes as well.
She smiled more and Tiano mirrored her chuckle.

The day arrived for them.
Wedding bells, White wedding outfits, matching rings, flowers, guests, and a new life waiting ahead for this newly married couple...

Their new beautiful life, untimely cuddles, back hugs, consoling hugs, soft and cute kisses, rain at night, holding hands, planning of a child, and EVERYTHING!
