Cory finally decided to come back to our room.
Denis : Hey!
Cory : Could you just not!
He's angry at me? But why? I did what he asked.
I just laid on my bed and closed my eyes.
Denis : I didn't get high by the way.
Cory : What??
Why's he being so snappy?!
Denis : You said you didn't think I could go one day without getting a fix, I haven't.
Cory : Yet.
Denis : Do your friends not like me?
Cory : Well, you are kind of a dick to them. Especially Jake.
Denis : I'm sorry.
Cory : You're apologising to the wrong person.
Denis : Did I do something to piss you off?! I mean I have been trying to be a better boyfriend and all you've done is ignore me or get angry at me.
I could hear him shifting in his bed from across the room.
Cory : You have been trying to be a "better boyfriend"?! All you have done is insult my friends, pressure drugs onto me and use me for sex.
I opened my eyes, sat up and turned to face him.
Denis : Use you for sex?! You're the one who wanted to fuck most of the time and I pressured you into drugs?!
Cory : Stop playing the victim!
Denis : I'm sorry if I hurt your friends feelings but I'm trying to do better and I know that the drugs aren't ideal for you but I'm just trying to get by. If you aren't gonna stand by me when I'm trying really hard then maybe we just aren't supposed to be together!
Cory : So what? You're breaking up with me?!
Denis : Is this not what you wanted?!
Cory : Really?! One fight and you bolt! You don't try and fight for our relationship or use this an opportunity to grow as a person?!
Denis : I have been fighting! You aren't the only fucking one with problems!
He got up and stood close to me.
