It's like I woke up too soon
thinking that maybe the dream would continue in real life
but reality gnawed at me
mocking me in all languages known to man
but that didn't mean that the little hope, a little from the realm of slumber; and the other from this world - still existed in me
hoping that one day my dream would come true.
But how wrong I was
as I stared as life played the opposite of what I hoped for - as all my dreams shattered
and in my heart I cursed whoever coined the saying “ all dreams come true "
