Neteyam povs -
I woke up on the island... in the medical pod..
Everything started to come back...
We were fighting people, and I got punched by.... by Aonung!!
Wait.. we never dated.. it was all a dream?
"Aonung.." I stated as I looked around. Someone was sitting next to me.. it was Tsireya.
"Neteyam!" She cried. "You're awake! Everyone Neteyam is awake!"
Before everyone got there, I wanted to ask her what happened just to make sure I wasn't tripping. "What happened?" I asked.
"You and a couple of Aonungs friends got in a fight." She sighed. "One of his friends wanted you gone, dead. He's not here anymore.. he got thrown out of the clan after that. You've been in a coma for a month now. You've lived here for about two months. Thank Eywa you're alive!" So Aonung didn't punch me..
While I was still processing what I had dreamt of in the coma on top of her words, everyone started to pile in.
Lo'ak was the first to run over. "Neteyam!" He cried. It was the first time I had ever seen him cry. Ever since we were young, he decided not to cry because he wanted to show he was strong.
Next was Tuk to follow. "Neteyam! You're awake!" She sobbed as she hugged me.
Next was Kiri. She hugged me for a minute before stepping out to thank Eywa.
Next was my mother. "Oh.. my sweet.. sweet child." She cried. "Thank you, great mother, thank you!"
Next was my father. "My son.." He said sheepishly as we all group hugged.
"Hey guys.." I mumbled as my voice was still kind of gone.
-LATER-
After about an hour with my family.. Ronal came in and shooed them out. Tsireya was still there, and Aonung soon joined her. I could barely even look at him after the dreams I had had.
We were friends before all of this. Before the fight. I guess he really did wanna see me, or something else was up. The last thing I remember was going to bed after he helped me through a panic attack. I guess the day I got punched, I dont remember.
After a couple of minutes, Ronal started to speak. "Neteyam, we are so sorry for how the clan has treated you." She huffed as Tsireya put some stuff on my head wound.
"Aonung has something he would like to share.." She sighed. She eyed Aonung and gave him the look to go.
"Neteyam, I sincerely apologize for my old friend. He is not who I thought he was." He sheepishly said. "To make up for the doings he has done, I have been put with the task to help you with all your needs while you heal. That means helping you with everything and physical treatments so you can walk again."
"Now we will give you a day of rest before he begins." Ronal sighed as her and Aonung left.
I didn't even look at Aonung. One because I was ashamed of the dream I had of him. Two because I was mad at what he had done.
Tsireya stayed behind to help with the wound a little more. "Tsireya.." My voice rasped out, still having trouble from being silent. She hummed in response.
"Why were you here when I woke up?" I questioned, to which she sighed.
"Lo'ak wanted me to watch over you. Said he couldn't see you like that." She stated.
"Alright. I have another question." I proceeded. "Do you know anything else that happened before and during the fight? My memory is not catching up, sorry."
