Board Of Directors Meeting Wellington Einstein Luthor (W.E.L) Int. Group of Companies.
Few weeks after the death of W.E.L Int Chairman . "Its good to see you" various members of the Board of Directors greeted each other. The meeting commenced and a member of the Board of Directors stood up and said “the seat of the Chairman is empty and as an Organization, we need someone to guide us . So I think we should select someone to be the acting Chairman". Another Member of the board stood up and said "that should be Mr Rufus, brother of our late Chairman".
Suddenly members of the Board began murmuring "where's the heiress?", "She wasn't present at her father's funeral", "Mr Rufus should be the acting Chairman","No! Rufus can't be " "We should take a vote".
"Enough murmuring. I've heard what you're all saying I will think about the offer but for now , I will remain the Vice Chairman of our dear company". Rufus said. The Board members began whispering among themselves. "He is so humble", "No he isn't he is only pretending. " He is the late Chairman's brother so he should occupy the office". "Certainly not!". The Board members were divided, some supported while others opposed.
THE RECEPTION: W.E.L INT GROUP OF COMPANIES.
"It's such a stressful day" Anna said. “It's just 10:00am , your day hasn't even begun yet your complaining of a stressful day ". Danny said
Danny and Anna are Receptionists at W.E.L Int. Anna picks up her mirror and says 'don't I look beautiful?. Am just waiting for a wealthy man to walk through those doors' she points at the glass doors. "And sweep me off my feet and then we'll get married and then I can forget about this job".
"Huh! Hello!!, we're in real life not some fairy tale world, got it". Danny said. "You're so annoying " Anna turned away and continued to look at herself in the mirror.
W.E.L INT GROUP OF COMPANIES: ENTRANCE.
A limousine drove up to the entrance of the company. The security guards looked at each other. One of the guards walked up to the limousine. "Excuse me" he said "Cars aren't allowed at the entrance of the company. Please go park at the parking lot". The window of the limousine winds down, the lady inside the limo turns and faces the security guard and said “roll the red carpet".
The guard confused asks her "what did you say?'. The lady replied "I said roll the red carpet". "But miss, this isn't some Award ceremony or Celebrity stuff and you want me to roll out the red carpet. Where do you expect me to find one?, we're a company not the movie industry and besides we don't have nor do we make use of a red carpet, he replies.
"Do what what you're told to do "the lady told him."Hey! who do you think you are?" he said. "Am someone who can get you fired in an instant, do as I say and roll the red carpets". "Are you kidding me? get me fired in an instant? . You must be joking".
She removed her dark glasses and looked at him and said "is this how you treat your clients? Since you certainly have no manners my car won't leave this place". She puts on her sunglasses and winds the car windows up. “Damn it” he rushes back and meets his Superior. "There's a crazy lady who drove her car to the entrance and she won't move until we roll the red carpets. "Where is she?" replied his Superior ". “She's outside sir", " let's go" his Superior told him.
"Hello, Miss I heard that there was a problem here so can you please tell me what's going on? ," You want me to repeat what I've just said" the superior was shocked by the lady's remark, so he asks the other security guard what was the problem. "Miss we're a company we certainly don't have any red carpets and even if we do it would be for the national clients only" the superior tells the lady. "I am a national client so roll the red carpets, if not i won't move an inch" the lady says . She winds the windows of the car up.
"Roll it", " pardon" the security guard looked at his Superior. "Just roll it, I don't care if it's a carpet,rug or rag just roll the red carpets. We need her to move or we'll get into trouble. So the security guards rolled the red carpet.
The door of the limousine opened and the lady stepped out majestically. She meets the security guard who she talked with earlier and said "hold my phone I want you to record me walking from a distance". "Seriously! first you want a red carpet, now you want me to record you. Only God knows what you'll ask for next". “Just do what she tells you to do " his Superior told him. "What the ....... , His Superior hands him the phone and said "record". So he began to record her . The lady turns and faces the security guards and said "Hello! everybody".
In The Reception Of W.E.L Int.
“I just wish something interesting would happen" Anna turned and faced Danny, "what drama are you expecting will happen in our dear company" Danny continued to write on a book. "Jeez!! You're so annoying", "No am not" Danny faces Anna.
"Click clack, click clack, click clack" Danny turned and faced Anna and said “aren't you hearing the sound of heels?".
"Hear what?" Anna replied "nevermind". A lady walked in accompanied by security guards. Danny and Anna both looked at each other, Anna said "looks like we've got an ultra mega terrible client". Danny pressed the alarm button for when terrible clients appear. Suddenly in other parts of the company the alarm rang and everybody started moving to their offices to avoid the terrible client while others went to the surveillance room to see who the ultra mega terrible client is.
The lady walks to the Reception, Anna said ”welcome and who do you have an appointment with". The lady brought out her mirror and started to look at her face . Anna turns and whispers to Danny "she looks so young and why is she behaving like this; ugh! she isn't even beauti..., the lady interrupts her "I can hear what you're saying , know what your face looks funny so I'm entertained. P.s: might wanna get rid of those wrinkles” Anna quickly looks at herself in her mirror and faces the lady “Oh it isn't what you think and by the way what's your name and who do you have an appointment with?".
The lady says "My name is W.E.Ls" Anna looked at the lady and said "yes! yes! Our company is W.E.L. please tell me your name, the lady replied "Heiress" ; Anna starts typing “he..I..re.s such a weird name” Danny gasps and tells Anna to read the name. Anna also reads the name and gasps. The lady turned and faced the employees who were in the reception. "That's right I'm W.E.Ls heiress Nikki Ella Wellington". They all gasped and whispered among themselves. Nikki looked at Anna she was shocked she could tell through her expression all of them were shocked though but she had an appointment with the Board of Directors so she left the reception.
Board Of Directors Meeting W.E.L Int.
The members of the Board were discussing when the doors of the Board meeting room opened and a lady walks in and sat on the Chairman's seat. The board members gasped and we're shocked.
Mr Alex stood up and said "hey! young lady. How dare you walk inside our meeting without permission and who gave you the right to seat on the Chairman's seat which the vice chairman declined? Who are you by the way?. The lady looked at him and all the members of the Board and says "Good morning everybody, am W.E.Ls Heiress Nikki Ella Wellington".
