Formula 1 has always thrived on the adrenaline created and its fans' passion for the sport. It was never a secret that the sport had changed through the ages causing ticket prices to rocket sky-high and leave many fans questioning whether they would ever be able to meet their idol.

The sport gained a mass of new followers after the release of the Netflix show Drive to Survive which caused more passion and a newfound backlash for how the show presented some drivers, causing the community to become divided and clash.

Drivers were often invaded of their privacy for knowledge about what the outside world was unaware of, leading some drivers to give up on relationships, finding managing racing and keeping a private social life almost impossible.
