Jisung was sitting at the studio, along with Changbin and Chan. The three of them have been working on a song during the whole afternoon, tiredness starting to kick in slowly. A bunch of coffee mugs were displayed on the small table, beside the bunch of electronics stuff they use to make musical wonders.
Changbin was recording, while Chan and Jisung were listening to him and monitoring his performance.
"Okay, you can come back here Binnie" Chan said, as Changbin put the headphones on the microphone, coming back to the studio "It's your turn Ji" Chan added, Jisung getting up excitedly
"Do it correctly" Changbin nagged, as Jisung gave him a cocky smirk
"Of course I will, who do you think I am?" Jisung responded, walking to the studio all energetically.
Chan took a picture of the boy as he was putting the headphones on his head. It was a bit out of context, but Chan just loved to have some pictures of his friends, and he always thought that Jisung looked handsome when doing the things he loved. Jisung posed for the picture, as if he was some kind of amazing model, showing off the huge amount of tattoos littered on his body.
Jisung was painted as a really confident person. Spoiler alert, he really wasn't, but he liked to act like one, some would say it is some kind of coping mechanism. Yep, coping. Our Jisungie hasn't the best kind of background, mostly builded by years and years of traumatic events, madness, sadness and, of course, depression.
After nailing his rap almost one shot, Jisung got out of the cabin, doing some cringy hip hop moves that made his two friends chuckle. He was happy that the recording was coming to an end, he would finally go home and take a nap, or sleep for the whole evening until the next day, he was still unsure. Jisung is currently living alone, he has been living alone for a long time, too long.
"Hyunjin texted you" Chan said as he saw Jisung's phone turn on with a notification
"Oh thanks" Jisung answered, picking up his phone to answer his best friend.
Hyunjin has been texting him too much lately, he just moved in and was always telling Jisung how his new house was amazing and how his new roommate seemed cool. Hyunjin was a good emotional support for the squirrel boy. They met during high school, and the latter was the first friend Jisung ever had and the first one he ever opened up to. Hyunjin was shocked as he slowly learnt about Jisung's lifestyle and he always did his best to keep the boy cheering, trying to prevent him from messing up his life.
"He wants me to go to some kind of party tomorrow at Seungmin's" Jisung exclaimed "Are you guys going?" He asked
"If I worked well on the song by tomorrow night, I'll come" Chan said, that workaholic bitch couldn't rest.
"Of course" Changbin said, always up to hangs out
"Nice" Jisung smiled, the two boys always content when their maknae was feeling good
"Who will be there?" Changbin asked, dreading to hear some freckled boy name
"Don't know, some new people apparently" Jisung said as he was tapping on his phone in contentment
"Oh, so you're not sleeping at your house aren't you?" Changbin teased, knowing the boy's antics.
Yeah... Jisung was some kind of phenomenon when it came to sex partners. And of course, it was only sex partner, Jisung didn't ever date. It was some kind of running joke between them, because the said boy wasn't keeping it in his pants, and if you followed the storyline closely, you could guess it is some kind of coping mechanism.
"Hopefully" Jisung answered, smirking
He had no shame on that, and no one would ever shame it on that. But the truth is that his friends were pretty much worried.
Even if there is no harm in sleeping around, Jisung did have his bunch of rules regarding his partners. He would see if the tension between the other male and him would rise a bit, flirt shamelessly, even tease and if it worked, he would follow them to their house. Their house, so he could leave easily and wouldn't have to face the embarrassing moment where he had to tell the other to leave his own house. He wouldn't sleep there, he would leave as soon as it was over, and wouldn't sleep with them again. He did that, repeatedly, and had always stuck to his rules.
His friends were a bit worried because they feared that Jisung might meet someone dangerous, it could always happen for all he knows. Also, they knew it was some kind of escape for the young adult, some kind of way to keep his thoughts somewhere else, and was never ready to actually settle down.
Jisung would also talk about how horrible his hook up was, how he didn't finish because the other was selfish, or how they didn't respect his boundaries. He talked about it so lightly, as if it was nothing that mattered, even though it did matter, and it worried his friends.
"Anyway losers, I'm going back" Jisung said as he stood up
"You're a pain in the ass" Chan said, joking around with him
"No, but I need one" Jisung said cockily, the others whining at the lame ass joke as Jisung chuckled.
Jisung took his things, ready to leave as he pecked his friends cheeks, some kind of gesture he would always do with his close friends, and he left the studio going back home.
On his way, he put some music on, walking back and appreciating the mood he was in. He knew it wouldn't last long.
The second he arrived home, he threw his things on his couch, going to the bathroom to take a long hot shower. He sighed as he stopped the water, coming out of the shower and feeling how his whole body was freezing, he hated that feeling.
He approached his mirror, staring at himself through it and blanking for a few seconds.
Oh how he hated the sight.
How he hated the way he looked.
He cringed at it, quickly running out of his bathroom to put some clothes on, ready to sleep for 15 hours without interruption.
