Jeongin's birthday was today.

Hyunjin had decided to do a small party at his and Minho's house, being the biggest house, and invited their whole group, along as Jeongin's other friends.

Haelyn wanted to be there, and she insisted a lot to come. Minho didn't mind much and agreed, making some arguments with Hyunjin raise from his decision.

Jisung really didn't want to go. He knew Haelyn would be there, and he was scared to see the two of them together. He already felt self conscious enough, he already knew that he couldn't be with Minho, but seeing it would be hard. He was scared that anything could happen, that he might lash out on Minho for no reason, the boy deserving none of it.

But it was Jeongin's birthday, he had no right to skip it like that. So he still went, thinking that maybe he could search for some guy to fuck at the party.

The second Jisung entered the house, he looked at the couch, seeing Minho there, with Haelyn on his lap. Minho seemed a bit expressionless, but he looked so good. His forehead was showing, and Jisung stared a bit at him, contemplating the impossible.

He watched as Minho stood up, pushing the girl out of his lap as he went to search for something to drink, a peach soju maybe, that's what Jisung thought.

He came back, a peach soju in his hand, which made a smile appear on Jisung's face. He sat down, the girl immediately sticking to him.

It hurt. Jisung hated the sight. But one thing was clear, at least Jisung was happy that Minho was better. Minho deserved love, deserved happiness.

He sighed, he went to Jeongin, hugging him and wishing him a happy birthday, then walking to the kitchen to grab something to drink.

He arrived in the kitchen, seeing a lonely Hyunjin that was drinking by himself.

You could see his anger from miles away, the boy was fuming.

"I can't believe he brought that bitch here" Hyunjin said, Jisung knowing what he was talking about her. He shrugged, that didn't concern him, he had no right to give his opinion.

"At least he's happy" Jisung responded

"He's not Jisung" Hyunjin started, his voice showing annoyment "That's fucking bad news"

"What do you mean?" Jisung asked, confused.

"He obviously loves you Ji, she's there so he won't feel alone, because you're not there. But she's not good for Minho, she's a manipulative bitch, she had been manipulating him for so long when they were together." He started, putting his drink down "She would distance him from the others, and make him feel bad for the dumbest things, Minho had a hard time actually understanding that his acts weren't bad and that she was the problem. He hurt a lot during their relationship. All that shit to cheat on him a few months later." He explained as Jisung's eyes widened "Trust me, this is not good"

"What the fuck" Jisung let out

"I don't understand"

Jisung was so confused. Why would he make himself suffer so much?

Jisung felt his heart sink.

He drank his cup in one shot, trying to ignore it and he decided to go back to the living room. Everyone was sitting around the couch, talking lightly, and the two boys joined them.

Jisung was trying hard to not look at the couple, what he had just learnt blurred his mind.

When he crossed Haelyn's eyes, she gave him a nasty look, and Jisung immediately felt uneasy. How could Minho be so blind?

"Isn't it Ji?" Chan said, breaking Jisung from his thoughts

"What? I wasn't listening" Jisung said, shaking his head, hearing the slight giggle that came out of Minho's mouth

"He was saying that you weren't the most attentive person" Minho explained to the boy, making Haelyn shift uncomfortably at the interaction.

Jisung chuckled

"Well, he's not wrong" He answered, making the friends laugh along.

After some time, Minho stood up, deciding to bring some cups to the kitchen so the living room could look a bit better.

The second he left, Jisung could feel eyes on him.

He looked at Haelyn, who was glaring knives at him

"Is there a problem" He asked, raising an eyebrow

"Aren't you that dumb whore who was circling around my boyfriend?" She said, her annoying voice filling his ears. Jisung widened his eyes

"What the fuck did you just said?" He asked as he frowned.

"I said that you're a dumb whore that was harassing and annoying my boyfriend" She repeated sassily

"What the fuck Haelyn"

Jisung could hear Minho's voice. He was happy that he heard that, that was so out of the place.

Minho did anything possible to forget Jisung. He could have paid millions to do it. But never in a million years he would accept this kind of disrespect towards the guy he loved. He didn't care whatever Haelyn could think of by doing that, but Jisung was someone Minho cherished.

"What? Isn't it true honey?" Haelyn asked cutely as she pouted, trying to lull him more and more. "He started it, of course i'll defend myself" She added, lying through gritted teeth. But Minho looked mad. Jisung had never seen that expression on him.

"You bitch, you were the one harassing me and being a fucking pain in the ass. You're the most senseless crazy bitch I had ever seen, keep your dirty mouth away from him" Minho lashed out on the girl, everyone looking at the two, some satisfaction releasing in the air.

"What the fuck Minho? How could you say things like that to me? I'll fucking break up with you if you don't apologize to me right now, I swear" She said, her annoying voice becoming controlling. Jisung quickly understood how the girl was so good at manipulating.

This used to work on Minho, fortunately, not anymore.

"Then do it, I don't fucking care. I am the one breaking up with your crazy ass, get the fuck out of here" He said, approching her "If you come near me again, I swear I'm getting a restricting order" He added, menacingly.

She stormed out of the house, looking as pissed as ever.

Hyunjin cheered with a dance. That was the best thing he had ever seen.

On the other hand, Minho looked like he was on the verge of tears. He seemed overwhelmed.

Minho looked at Jisung. He was so devastated. He couldn't have Jisung, and anything that could distract him was going wrong. He teared his eyes off him, the sight becoming too painful, and he left to his room, closing his door.

Jisung watched him, feeling his heart in pain.
