Kaveh's POV

"There is no way this can be happening to me right now!!

I screamed as I realized what was going on with me these last 2 weeks. I thought to myself after I screamed but I realized that he wasn't home so I called my best friend; nilou and told her what happened to me just now.

THIRD PERSON POV:

"Nilou!" I yelled through the phone.

"Ah! Kaveh, you don't have to yell! I'm right here on the phone."

"Right. Is Alhaitham with you?"

"No. Why?"

"Cause I need to tell you something."

"Okay. What is it?"

"I think I like Alhaitham."

"Wait! Really!" Nilou yelled in shock to hearing the news from kaveh that he had fallen in love with his rival.

"This is amazing." Nilou said to kaveh in a calm tone when she heard the worriful tone in his voice.

"No, it's not nilou what if he finds out about my crush on him." Kaveh said, holding tears back.

"He is not going to find out about your crush if you don't make it obvious."

"I wish myself luck with that one." As he hung up to phone to go back to his project.

After a few hours, Alhaitham came home to see kaveh cooking, and before stepping into the dorm, he saw kaveh's project. He saw the manison that kaveh was designing and hoped that he would succeed in designing it.

"Kaveh." He said as he walked in the kitchen, seeing his blonde hair tied up to keep it out of his face. Seeing this sight of kaveh for the first time had Alhaitham's heart rate pick up a bit, but Alhaitham didn't care to notice.

"What are doing home so late?" Kaveh asked, turning the stove off as he was finished cooking for them.

"How long have you been working on your project?"

"Why do you care?" He said while putting his hand on his hip.

Alhaitham's POV:

As kaveh was asking me that question, I couldn't help but laugh at the site that was in front of me.

"Look, I just want to wish you luck for tomorrow. I know it's going to be a big day for you."

He seemed surprised by my statement.

"Why have you been so nice to me?"

"Because I know how much you want this. Kaveh, plus, we've been roomates for almost 3 years now, so I don't see what's wrong with me wishing you luck for your big day tomorrow." I saw a bit of blush appear on kaveh's face.

"Thanks. I guess, why don't you eat since you have been at work all day."

I couldn't help but to be annoyed when he brought up my job. I didn't notice that I had made a face.

"Want to talk about it?" Kaveh asked generally concern for my well-being right now.

"The female students at the Akademiya could not leave me alone for 2 seconds. Like I couldn't do my job correctly because of them."

"Alhaitham." kaveh had his hands on my shoulders he was moving his hands in a way that i couldn't describe. For some reason, it felt relaxing that he was willing to help me, but I didn't want to distract him. So I stopped him.

"Kaveh. You should get back to your project." I got up and walked to my room to take a shower.

"But you're tense right now."

"That doesn't matter right now. What matters right now is that you are finishing your project for tomorrow." I said as I walked out of the kitchen into my bedroom.

"I guess I should put this food up and go finish my project." I heard him say as I was grabbing my clothes and towels to go take a shower.

After my shower, I climbed into my bed. As I could feel my eyes closing, I heard him say right behind my door.

"I hope he has a better day at work tomorrow."

"Thank you. Kaveh." I heard myself say as I drifted off to sleep
