THIRD PERSON POV
"Hey. Alhaitham, it's been a month. You're halfway through. You can do this." Tighnari said as him and Cyno sat on the couch.
"No, I can't. I swear I'm going to lose my mind if I go another month without him."
"Why do you think you won't be able to go another month without him." Cyno asked.
"Because knowing that I could've done something to prevent this from happening is messing with my brain. Cyno, I can't be without him."
"Why?"
"Because when I was little, I was called back to my house for dinner. My mother and father were there, so that meant something wasn't good. They had told me that we would have moved, which meant I had to move schools and away from kaveh. I couldn't tell him that I was moving. We left first thing in the morning. So when I saw him again I felt that he would want to see me again after I left him without telling him. To be honest, I thought he forgot about the book of word puzzles I gave him before I left. So seeing that book again made me fall for him all over again. I just want to hold him in my arms again. I want to know that he is alive and well." Alhaitham confessed. Cyno was crying after hearing what Alhaitham said.
"Hey, Cyno, why are you crying?" Alhaitham asked him.
"Because it's the fact that you and Kaveh were so close as kids, and now it's like yall are just getting used to each other." Cyno said.
"Hey, it's okay, Cyno. I'll remind him and settle this when he comes back." Alhaitham said as he had his hand on Cyno's shoulder comforting him.
"Did you know I used to be shorter than kaveh?" Alhaitham said, trying to take their minds of his childhood.
"WHATT!" Both of them were caught off guard by that statement.
"Tell me you're lying right now!" Tighnari said.
"I wish I was lying."
"When I was a freshman, I was studying for an exam in the library of the Akademiya. I couldn't reach the book that I needed. Kaveh saw me struggling and helped me reach it. I believe that was the first time I saw his beauty again." Alhaitham said while trying not to laugh at cyno and Tighnari's face.
"What the hell." Cyno said while trying to process what he had just heard.
"It's getting late. I'm going to shower and then go to sleep. Alhaitham said as he walked to his bedroom.
