Ferine sat next to Hairo as he ate the bento she made. She dragged him to the rooftop as soon as the bell rang for lunch so they can be together in private

Hairo blushed a little, Ferine has been quiet close to him in a literal sense. It's only the two of them right now on the rooftop but their knees are practically touching as they sat cross legged "...This is delicious.."

Ferine smiled "Thanks"

"...so.. did you ..dye your uniform?" Hairo asked since Ferine's uniform is black, the skirt is also a little longer but it's better than being shorter "Did you get permission?"

"I told them I would dye it" Ferine said "Hairo. What your friend said about my family is mostly true, sure we might have different habits, although again, not all are serial killers. But anyway what do you think about that?"

"True or not, I don't think I know you very well.. we just met so I don't have much of an opinion on you I guess.. I haven't seen you in p.e" Hairo said since he is extremely passionate about physical education and would like to see how Ferine fares on it, although swimming would probably be out since he already knows she can't swim

"P.e?" Ferine asked in confusion

"Anyway, my impression on you so far is kind, polite, a little weird but nice.. It might change but I don't think I'd let other people change it, It'd be better if I could like or hate you on my own" Hario said

Ferine smiled. She pulled him in for a hug "Hairo. Well said, I am really liking you. I like your personality"

Hairo blushed "Uhm.. thanks.. uh.."

"Would you like to hang out after school?"

Hairo looked away and covered his face "U-uhm I don't have anything particular to do later I guess-"

"Great. Then I'll see you later"

(Time skip)

Kusuo followed Ferine around while she walks with Hairo after school "Why did she invite him? What's her plan? She's not going to kill him right? ...nah probably not she's doesn't seem like she would kill him but I'll watch just in case"

"Over there" Ferine pulled Hairo along in a convenience store

"Do you need to buy something?" Hairo asked

"Pads" Ferine said

"..oh" Hairo didn't know if he should look at her while she's choosing pads or if he should even say something

"Come on! Sell us this beer! We have money!" Some delinquents were causing trouble at the cashier. They were wearing uniforms and we're obviously underage

Kusuo stood from a rooftop building faraway using his powers to see what was happening "I think Hairo has this. I've seen him do something similar before. But I don't know what Ferine will do. No killings hopefully"

Hairo stepped forward to the troublemakers "Hey stop that! You're highschool students from that other school right? You can't drink yet!"

"Huh?! Who the heck are you?!"

"So annoying" Ferine said while choosing some pads with wings "Obviously if you wanted to drink while underage you should've just drank gasoline. Don't bother the store. Go get a hose and find a car"

"...gas?" Hairo looked at her for a second

"My brother and father did but I personally didn't like it" Ferine said "They should try it though"

"Mind your own business you weirdo!"

"Hey! We're not even stealing! We're going to pay! Just let us buy it!" One of the delinquents grabbed the cashier
