i'm not really good with words
but this is something you deserve
so i'll try my best to make it work

i won't take up much of your time

i know what i did was wrong
i didn't mean to go too far
i rarely feel guilt
but right now i'm feeling it hard

i love you with all my heart
i hurt you and i'm sorry
i would love for you to forgive me
but you don't have to if you're not ready

you mean the world to me
and the only way i can get my thoughts into words is with a poem
i hope this is an okay apology

i just want you to be happy

i didn't mean to hurt you
i didn't mean to make you angry
it's eating me up inside that it's my fault
i'll do anything and everything to make it right

say what you need
i'll do my best to make it happen
say what you want
i'll listen all the way

if you need space and time
i'll give you all of it
no matter what
i'll be okay with it

i know i fucked up
and i don't know how to make it right
