i knew i was gonna marry you at 16
barely even knew you but knew you were mine,
with shaky hand and heart breath i typed "i love you"
for the first time in my life i felt alive
mine on mine
love of my life
love me as hard as you can
make me fall to the ground
you're like a white color pencil
some people think they don't need you
but to an artist baby
you're everything
think of me when you listen to the song
the one that played when we kissed
or the that played when we first met
or maybe our high school fight song
cause baby everything reminds me of you
the coffee shop that we skipped to
the field we laid down to stargaze
the road you live on
baby nothing has changed
i can't wait to marry you some day
with a ring on your hand and some tears
you'll be mine til my final breath
