I tried calling Laenor's name to get a response but even that didn't seem to work so while the others were outside in the backyard messing around, I headed up the stairs and knocked before opening Laenor's door to his room.

Walking into the bedroom, I noticed Laenor's sleeping figure on the edge of the bed, he seemed as if he was one roll away from falling off the bed completely. I sat next to him on the bed and watched as his chest rose and fell with every breath that he proceeded to take as he slept. He seemed so calm that I was afraid to breathe myself because I didn't want to wake him since he seemed like he really needed the rest with the way he was laying.

I loved times like this. I never got to see him so settled down and relaxed since he was usually messing around with the other guys whenever he got a chance. I moved some hair away from his face before smiling softly to myself.

"Laenor?" I said softly and as quiet as possible to not startle him.

Noticing that I was not going to be getting a response especially with the way he was snoring to himself, I smiled as I let a quiet laugh follow soon after.

I debated if I should say the words that floated around in my mind and have been for the past few times that I've been around him. Simply letting it be, I whispered, "I love you." I felt as if my heart had been beating rapidly with the simple confession that revealed itself, it's not like it was a dramatic statement but it was the first time I've said so I was overall just nervous.

A smirk planted over Laenor's lip as I turned from him to check my phone as it vibrated with texts from the rest of the team that wondered where I was, with the occasional inappropriate jokes that Courtney, Whitney and Jan threw in even if Nicolas attempted to get them to stop in the messages from the squad as we texted altogether.

I sent the phone into a pocket of mine before looking back at Laenor who stopped snoring but still seemed to be in a deep slumber, "I think I'd probably piss myself if I had to say this to your face which is why I'm glad that I can practice this way..." I started softly before letting a finger twirl a piece of hair as I laughed to myself, "So, stay asleep."  I nodded to myself before sucking in a small breath as I continued to whisper to the seemingly sleeping male, "But Laenor I hope we stay together for a while and I do love you, like a lot. It's weird how much I love you... and I know that we haven't officially said anything about love, but I just wanted you to know that I love you."

I wanted to continue to talk but I felt the phone precedingly vibrate, the more time seemed to tick so I just sighed to myself as I faced forward now pondering over how to wake him up.

A moment passed before I felt Laenor move around as he rolled over to face me, as he then wrapped around me, pressing a kiss to my side. He smirked as he looked up at me while I let myself blush, becoming more flustered as he whispered in return, "I love you too Zariyah."

I grinned a bit nervous before letting myself lean down to kiss him until a sound of a door caused us both to turn our heads to the people who stood at the door.

"I told you that the two wouldn't be doing anything!" Nicolas exclaimed in a relieved tone as he stood in the back while Jan rolled his eyes.

Courtney laughed, "I think they both are smarter than all of us..."

"Right, I'm sure they wouldn't have done anything knowing that we're all just outside." Whitney finished as her and Courtney giggled to themselves after noticing the flustered expression that I held.

Laenor sighed before moving to sit up as he then started to stand as we followed the others who led us downstairs. We made our way outside and I was standing with the squad while Laenor was off to the side talking to Jan and Nicolas.

Les narrowed his eyes before letting a smile play onto his lips, he snorted before talking with a smirk, "Is no one going to mention the blush Zari's trying to hide?"

"I wasn't going to mention a thing until." Missy muttered but laughed along with Les who nudged her arm in response.

Torrance placed a hand over her hip, "So what happened?"

Courtney nodded as she excitedly placed an arm over my shoulder with Whitney smiling in encouragement for me to continue as if I was going to expose that Laenor and I did such a huge thing together.

I let a laugh flow from my mouth before responding, "Laenor and I said that we loved each other."

Les, Courtney and Torrance squealed catching the attention from the others who were doing there own thing.

"Stop it!" Whitney hushed as she tried to get the three from practically starting a routine in their excitement.

Les moved forward and grabbed onto my hands as he excitedly continued, "Okay so, how'd it happen?!"

"I thought he was asleep as I told him that I loved him and after a few moments of sitting in silence he turned over and told me that he loved me too." I answered as Les let out an amazed sigh with Courtney clapping happily.

Missy rubbed a hand over her face as she tried to ignore Torrance who was shaking her arm in delight. "Are you always this excited?" She asked to Torrance who nodded.

"That's so cute!" Courtney commented as she brought me in for a hug causing me to laugh at my best friend and her dramatics before sharing their excitement as Les joined the hug to twirl us around.
