Chapter 23: Kidnapped pt. 4

~Sollux POV~

I'm gonna kick Serket's ass so hard. We arrived at that bastard's house and I kicked down the door. Cronus and I looked around the house for him until we heard a car rev up outside.

I looked out the window and saw him putting Eridan into his car about to drive off.

"Cronuth he'th getting away!" I yelled.

"Oh no he ain't. Come on!" Cronus yelled and we both ran back to his car,got in then drove off after them.

Don't worry ED we'll get you back.

~Eridan POV~

I was awake when Vrisk came back in. What does he want now? I noticed that he looked frightened for once.

"Get up! Get up! We're getting out of here!" He hauled me up and roughly dragged me to his car. I was tossed into the backseat. He started up the car and drove quickly almost as if someone was after him.

I then heard another car behind us and yelling. The yells almost sounded like...Cronus and Sollux? Wait it was them,they're here to rescue me. Eridan could almost cry in joy,but he knew he shouldn't yet because he wasn't away from Vrisk yet.

We drove for about twenty minutes before I heard a popping sound,and from the sound of Vrisk cursing it wasn't good for him.

"Damn it! Those bastards shot my tire!" Vrisk growled angrily,before jumping out of the car and roughly pulling me out.

"Come on! I'm not gonna get caught because of you!" He kept roughly dragging me leaving marks into my skin. I heard running behind us and before I knew it we were near a cliff. Vrisk cursed again,realising his mistake,but it was too late Cronus and Sollux already caught up.

"Give it up Therket,jutht give back ED and we won't kick your ath...probably." Sollux said glaring at him.

"No way!" When did he have a gun? Well my life couldn't be more complicated,now there's a gun to my head.

"You take one step and I blow his brains out. Your choice Captor." He sneered at them. My brother and Sollux seemed conflicted, they wanted to beat up Vrisk,but didn't want me to get hurt in the process.

I kicked Vrisk in his dick, his grip loosening a bit so I could escape and run to them. As I neared Sollux and Cronus, I heard a gunshot. I heard it coming in my direction,but oddly enough I wasn't hurt. But where did this blood come from?

I froze then looked at Sollux who was in front of me. He took the bullet for me.

"Sol!" I screamed as he fell to the ground. He was motionless and didn't seem to be breathing. The only thing I could feel was intense rage at Vrisk as he laughed at my boyfriend.

"Hahahahahaha!! That's what happens when you-" he was cut off. The reason for that is while he was talking, I took Cro's gun and shot Vrisk multiple times in my hazy rage. Even when he fell over dead,I still kept shooting. Cronus had to pry the gun from my hands and calm me down.

When my intense rage was over I cried in my brother's arms. This is all my fault. Cronus continued to hold me as he called the ambulance,but I didn't notice until they arrived. They tried to take Sollux away to treat him,but I saw them as another threat.

It took three paramedics and my brother to pull me away from Sollux,then when I tried to resist, the paramedics drugged me to calm me down. The ambulance with Sollux drove off and my brother offered to take me home. I agreed because I didn't want to see Sollux's lifeless looking body.

It was me who got him in that condition,so of course I feel as if I don't deserve to be near him. Only thing I can do is pray that he'll be alright.
