*Steph POV*

Joys, the Ouija board, my absolute favourite thing to do, note the sarcasm. Towards the end of our coffee break it was suggested that we set up and take part in a Ouija board session, just to see if any spirits were about for the beginning of our night investigation. A table and chairs were sat up on the top floor next to the stairs and near to where the little wooden blocks had been thrown over us.

'Take it you're not going to be joining in on this one?' Emz asked as we took a slow walk to the table behind the rest of the group.

'Ugh, you know they give me the creeps. I'm all for filming them it's just that I prefer not to take part in it.' I had read and heard too many stories of Ouija boards going wrong and spirits following people home to torment them. No thanks, not for me. 'It's the same as you not liking the lone visual side of the show, I hate this part. But let's just grin and get it over with.'

'Speaking of lone visuals or not so lone. Excited?' She winked making me flush a red colour. 'You'll be alright, I've already given him the warning.' I stood still, turned and looked at her in utter shock. 'What?' She raised her hands. 'I'm only doing what any good friend would do. He likes you, anybody can see that, the way he looks at you and talks to you.' I blush again. I might as well just stay blushed the amount it happens.

'Yeah, well. Big rock stars are usually only after girls for one thing.'

'Oi, what was it you were saying only a few minutes ago about not judging and saying that some people are different.' She had me on that one.

'It's just a bit weird that he likes me and we have only known each other a little over a day.'

'Things happen, you can't help who you like the look of or want to get to know. Listen all I'm really saying is that you should give him a chance and don't block him out just because he has some fame. And stop with the denial' she chuckled.

'Does that mean I have to give Padge the talk?' Now it was her turn to look at me shocked.

'I'm not getting you.'

'Come off it, he likes you. Actually come to think of it, I think Matt likes you as well.' In the years that I had known Emz it was unusual for her skin to turn red, but they most definitely did.

'Girls come on, we don't have all night, and we need to get the lights off.' Karl shouted down the stairs from the balcony.

'Sorry' we both replied in unison before climbing the stairs and taking our positions.

Around the Ouija board was sat Fred, Yvette, Matt, Emma, Jay, Padge and then Moose. Karl and Stuart were filming with me. Karl disappeared for a few moments and then we were plunged into darkness with only our torch lights glowing. I kind of liked the nights out part of the night as with having a camera I of course could see what was going on but the others were kind of left clueless.

As soon as Karl had returned we started. Everybody that was sat around the table placed their fingertips lightly on the glass in the centre of the table. Yvette began by calling out and then it was just a matter of waiting. After a short wait and more calling out the glass began to slide on the table. I shivered as if something was stood behind me, so I quickly span around with the camera and of course there was nothing there. It was just a case of heightened senses due to the Ouija going on. The glass slid from the centre of the board to D, then on to M followed by 8. Fred believed this could have been some kind of military unit, or related. The glass didn't stop there, it moved to further letters spelling out Enfield. Jay spoke saying that it could be referring to the Enfield rifle, again military related. After that the Glass stopped moving.

'I swear I've just seen someone in the hallway' Moose alerting the group, I filmed in that direction but couldn't make out anything in the dark hallway. 'Honestly swear that there was something just standing there.'

'If you are here with us now, can you come and say hello to us, maybe tell us your name?' Jay began to call out to see if he would have any more luck. Unfortunately after a few minutes there was no response.

'Would it be an idea to try a Ouija in the military room?' Matt suggested.

'That would be a great idea. We will try that tomorrow night.' Yvette smiled as she stood from the board followed by the others.

'Hang on could we get Fred to do an incantation ritual to see what spirts are about?' Karl asked as Yvette folded up the Ouija board.

'No, no way. That's a stupid idea.' She snapped before walking down the stairs, everyone hurried down after her.

'What does the Incantation do?' Padge asked, wondering why Yvette got so upset.

'Basically it's an invitation for any spirits or demons, good or bad to make themselves known, and unless protected they have been known to cause harm to people.' Emma explained as we stopped by Yvette who was stood by the exit door.

'It's a stupid dangerous idea. I've seen people being attacked by nothing, dragged across the floor. I'm not staying in here if you're going to do it.'

'I'm out too. Sorry guys.' Emz said as she walked out the door with Yvette. The rest of us looked between each other. Karl and Fred made their way to the stairs to go back up to the top floor followed by the guys.

'I can't believe you're all stupid enough to go along with it!' Yvette shouted back in to the door. Matt and Moose took a look at each other before bolting out of the door after them.

'Oi, Matt don't be such a wimp.' Jay yelled after him, but it was too later they were gone. I bit my lip, I had the choice of what to do. 'Babe, come on, you'll be fine.' Jay was by my side offering me his hand. I sighed. Curse you yet again. I took his hand and we entwined fingers as we headed up to the top floor. I was officially pooping myself.

Stuart took my camera from me, leaving me free to sit at the table with Padge, Jay and Fred. I sat between Padge and Jay, who still had a hold on my hand. Fred sat up the objects he would need, such as a skull and candles. Before he started he offered us protection crystals, which we gladly wore, well all apart from Karl. When we were ready Fred began a chant. My grasp tightened on Jays hand, I was starting to feel really uncomfortable with the situation. Jay placed his spare hand on my leg to try and comfort me somewhat. From the glow of the candle I could see he was staring at me, making sure that I was ok. I gave him a weak smile, regretting my choice to not follow the others out of the door.

Fred had almost finished the chant when Karl let out a shrill yell and asked Stu for a torch. 'Whats up mate? What's happened?' he questioned. My jaw hit the floor as he lifted up his top to reveal four long scratches across his chest, he cried out again as another appeared in front of our eyes on his side.

'I'm done, I'm so done.' I said getting from my chair. Fred then explained we needed to do the Lord 's Prayer before we could leave. I sat long enough for him to finish before fleeing out of the building.
