Ingredients

⁃ ¾ Cup Sugar

⁃ ½ Cup Butter or Shortening

⁃ 1 Egg

⁃ 1 ¼ Cups Flour

⁃ ¼ Teaspoon Salt

⁃ ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda

⁃ 1 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar

⁃ 1 Tablespoon Sugar

⁃ 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

⁃ Preheat oven to 400

⁃ Cream together sugar, butter, and egg

⁃ Add flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar

⁃ Cover and refrigerate 1 hour

⁃ Roll dough into 1-inch balls and dip into cinnamon/sugar mixture

⁃ Bake on un greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes
