Ingredients
- 1-1/2 sticks margarine, softened
- 3 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Cream together margarine and cream cheese; beat until light and fluffy
- Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon peel; beat
- Add flour, mixing well. Stir in pecans
- Drop cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes - they do not need to brown
- While hot, dip cookies into sifted powdered sugar
