Ingredients
⁃ 1 Cup Brown Sugar
⁃ 1 Cup Canned or Cooked Pumpkin
⁃ ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
⁃ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
⁃ 2 Cups Flour
⁃ 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
⁃ 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
⁃ ½ Teaspoon Salt
⁃ ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
⁃ ¼ Teaspoon Ginger
⁃ ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
⁃ 1 Cup Raisins
⁃ 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Directions
⁃ Preheat oven to 350
⁃ Blend together sugar, pumpkin, oil, and vanilla.
⁃ Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet ingredients, mixing well
⁃ Fold in raisins and nuts
⁃ Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet
⁃ Bake for 12-15 minutes
