*Brown Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

- 2 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour

- 1 Tsp Baking Soda

- 1 Tsp Salt

- 1 Cup (2 Sticks) Butter, Softened

- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

- 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar

- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 Large Eggs

Directions

- Preheat oven to 375° F

- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, both sugars, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture

- Drop by rounded tablespoons (or roll into balls) onto uncreased baking sheets (I just put foil)

- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes then move to wire racks to cool completely
