Trish's POV

I had no idea why Cole gave me his number and I didn't bother calling him up. We walked into the cafe at school, I felt his gaze on me more than anyone else. I was puzzling over it a lot, so I voiced what had happened to Dakota.

"You know the guy that was in the alleyway? After we beat up one of The Raiders friend?" I asked her, when Theo spoke.

"Jock Boy." Theo smirked at the nickname Jacob came up with. He opened a pill bottle and popped one in his mouth.

"Well Jock Boy gave me his number when you guys left." They all looked up at me and then burst out laughing, making me laugh too.

"Please tell me you haven't called him up." Paul snickered.

"Girl talk here boys!" I laughed, they rolled their eyes. They knew I could talk to them about whatever.

"He gave  you his number?" Dakota questioned.

"Yea but that's not the problem. The problem is that I can't stop thinking why he would." Dakota gave me an exasperated look.

" Have you not looked in the mirror in your whole life? You've been gorgeous since sixth grade." I knew I was pretty I hadn't been with anyone since last year. After that disaster, I couldn't be bothered.

I didn't have to say anything but Dakota knew where my mind had gone. "We're going to get them back. Back for what they did to us and get him back for what he did to you. We all promised them that and we all promised you." I gritted my teeth since it was a touchy subject.

"I'll give him a beating he'll never forget." Thayer spoke. I hadn't realized everyone had started paying attention to our conversation again.

"We'll trash their turf and we'll find out where he lives and trash his house." The Twins promised.

" We'll win this year's competitions and embarrass them in front of everyone." Theo said confidently.

Dakota looked at me. "We all have your back."

I gave them all a half smile, which they returned.

"There's a party at the bar tonight. Why don't we show our new moves there?" Thayer informed us.

"Definitely." I answered. I couldn't wait to dance again.

"Forget the rest of the day and let's practice." Dakota said. We left our lunch table and headed to the East wing of the school. The Twins set up the music and we got into formation. We changed who the main part of the dance was every week to give everyone a chance. This week was Theo's turn.

Jacob turned up the speakers loud and we got lost in the music.
