Back at the pool, the remaining wedding group was in chaos. Jimin was threatening to feed his brother to sharks and Jin was on the verge of tears.

Namjoon snapped inside. "Baby, please calm down. I'll handle this, okay? I think you should all go. Go down to the beach or something... take all our stuff and set up down there... we need a change of venue."

"Like hell I'm leaving without tearing my brother a new one!" Jimin fumed.

"Especially you. You need to go cool off. Please Jin, go on. Yoongi... can you wrangle him, please?" Namjoon's tone was deadly calm but inside he was erupting. Taehyung was a brother to him and he'd been a first-hand witness to all of the younger's pain over the last six months.

Yoongi pulled Jimin away after resorting to subtly squeezing his ass to get his attention. "Come on, baby. We should go." Jimin looked at him with narrowed eyes but turned on his heels and stomped off. The rest of the group gathered their drinks and things and made for the beach.

Once alone, Namjoon calmly walked up to Bogum and Seojoon, still canoodling at the bar. Seojoon's hurt feelings appeared to be alleviated as he laughed along with Bogum's shameless flirting.

"Bogum," called Namjoon coldly.

"Namjoon! Oh, Bear. This is one of the grooms."

"Wow. Congratulations! Thanks for having me. I'm Park Seojoon."

Namjoon nodded at the man. "Bogum, can I speak with you privately?"

Seojoon appeared confused at Namjoon's seriousness and beside him, Bogum's alarm bells were going off. He knew Namjoon as a calm and reasonable person, but he was also a justice warrior and wouldn't hesitate to speak his mind when the occasion called for it.

Bogum fumbled. "Well, Seojoon just got here..."

"It's okay, Bogumie. My bags are still at check-in and I should get settled in our room. Give me one of the keys, and I'll give you two some privacy. It was nice to meet you, Namjoon."

Seojoon glanced between them and waited for Bogum, who hesitantly handed over a room key. Once in hand, he bid them both goodbye and started for the hotel.

Once alone, Namjoon attacked with frightening calmness. "What the fuck are you doing, man? I don't recall giving you a plus one. I think you can appreciate that you were invited because Mrs. Kim insisted... and that we wanted to be sensitive to Taehyung."

"Well, talk to Mrs. Kim then. It was her idea that I invite him."

"I seriously doubt that," voiced Namjoon.

"Ask her yourself. And can you blame me for wanting to have my boyfriend here?"

"Do you think I'm stupid?" Namjoon questioned. "I don't trust you anymore, Bogum. What's your fucking angle?"

"Easy with the language, Namjoon."

Namjoon continued before he could boil over. "Oh, I suppose I should be polite on your account. You've always been so considerate of others," deadpanned Namjoon.

"Look, if you have a problem, take it up with your mother in law. And Taehyung's a big boy. I'm sure he would've brought a significant other along if he had one. He seems to be getting awfully friendly with your best man, anyway."

Namjoon wanted to scream as his thoughts raged. Well, he doesn't have a significant other, because he's been depressed and broken-hearted for months. Surely you know the damage you've done, but you're playing dumb, you pompous asshole. But he wouldn't give Bogum the pleasure of saying such things out loud. "I didn't realize you were so fucking dense. And what Taehyung and Jeongguk do is none of your fucking business."
