Zoro x reader

"GET OUT OF HERE YOU FREAK"  a villager said. "YEAH WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE YOU MONSTER" villager  said throwing rocks at me. "FREAK OF NATURE". "GO DIE". "YOU SHOULD GO KILL YOURSELF JUST LIKE YOU MOTHER DID". "NO WONDER WHY YOUR DAD LEFT YOU TO DIE".

I kept on walking while they threw insults at me. Some threw rocks, sticks, or really any thing that they could get there hands on. Honestly I don't know why they hate me  so much. It's been like this practically my whole life.

At this point I am starting to think I am a freak of nature, a monster, a weirdo, a person who should just disappear. I walked inside of a store to buy some food and I was about to pay when the cashier  noticed who I was. "Get out of my store you freak I don't serve people like you" the clerk said pointing to the door.

"I'm just trying to buy some food, what's the problem?" I ask confused and a little mad. "The problem is that you entered my store and are now trying to  buy from it," she said. "Isn't that the point of the store though" I say. "Get out before I call the sheriff," she said, grabbing the transponder snail. "Do.It.I.Dare.You" I say now glaring at her. She grabs the snail and starts to lie about what I did. "Yes please hurry the freak came into my store and started to terrorize me and please come quickly" she  made                                                                                 her voice sound distressed. "Fine I'll leave...asshole '' I said with the last part under my breath.

Then I left the store to be bombarded with a bucket of water dumped on my head. Not ordinary  drinking  water, it was salt water. I felt tired so when  I was about to let my body collapse someone caught me. I quickly  come back to my senses and pull my arm away from the person. " Sorry about that, I didn't mean to fall onto you '' I say looking at  the man .

'' You didn't fall on me, I caught you"  he said. "Well then sorry for you having to catch me" I say  rubbing the back of my neck. Then I heard the whistle of the sheriff. 'Oh shit I gotta go'. I start to runaway from the sheriff.

I turned into an alleyway and saw that it was a dead end. 'Crap I then hid behind a trash can and saw that the sheriff ran past. "Why are you hiding? " I turned  my head slowly to see the man from earlier. "Ah-" he put his hand over my mouth. "Don't scream or else they will come back" he said putting a finger to his lips. " Why are you following me?" I say.

" because I got bored and I'm on my way to the docks" I look at him in shock. ' How could this man be this dumb'. "Are you dumb or something  because the docks are the other way?" I pointed  behind me and he got flustered."

here let me show you the way there". I stood up and started to walk over that way. While I was walking with this man, surprisingly no one threw rocks at me  or talked shit about me. Just then someone pulled zoro by his arm and I stopped for a second and looked back at them. " how can you be with such a disgusting beast like her".  The man said  I looked down at what he said. Zoro looked over and noticed that.

"I'm just following her to the dock  and she's not a disgusting beast," he said, yanking his arm away from the man. "She's  wild she can turn into a wild animal and when she does that all hell breaks loose " the man said trying to warn him." hey you coming or what moss head" I say finally  looking up at him.

" yeah I am and I have a name you know it's Roronoa Zoro remember it" he said yelling back at me.

"Ok 'Zoro'  hurry up I don't have all damn day" I yell back. "Yeah yeah" he said turing attention back to the guy. " Even if she can turn into a wild beast doesn't mean you should be rude to her," he said, shocking the man. When we got down to the dock we saw his ship. "Holy shit this is your ride?... damn it's huge" I say amazed.

"Yeah it is thought you wont be able to guess who my captain is' ' he said with a smirk. Then here comes this kid with a straw hat flying down. "Hi zoro and..." he said tilting his head. "y/n the names y/n" I say. "Well hi there anyways y/n why did you bring Zoro here " he asked me." its cause he was heading in the wrong direction"  I say  with a smile". Then we hear the war cries of the villagers. "Well looks like they want to throw a party" Luffy said, earning a hit in the head from Zoro. " The villagers are after me again  so see you later I guess" I say, turning to leave. "Wait, why are they after you?" luffy asked me confused.

"It's because I can turn into a wild animal and I don't know how to control it" but before I could turn to leave a pitch fork was thrown at me. "Wow you can turn into a wild animal? show meee" he said with stars in his eyes. " I don't show my form  because it's a freak of nature" I say, grabbing the pitch fork. "GET OUT OF HERE YOU FREAK"."BURN IN HELL YOU MONSTER". They kept on shouting things at me and I just brushed it off. " hey y/n do you want to join my crew?" luffy asked with his signature grin on his face. "I guess but- wow" I suddenly get picked up by Zoro and thrown over his shoulder.

" hold on  don't move," he  said and jumped onto the ship. " Luffy let's go come on"Zoro shouts at  Luffy and  then  luffy slingshots himself onto the ship. Just then a glass bottle got thrown and almost hit me in the head if it was not for Zoro catching it in time.

" wow you almost got hit there, be careful". Zoro said, throwing the bottle overboard. " It's fine, I'm kinda used to it by now" I say, putting a hand behind my head. "Hey  you're one of my friends and crew mates  so don't talk bad about yourself," Luffy said. "Yeah what he said," Zoro  added.

After we got away from my island I got to know the straw hats' names . I hung out with all of the crew members at least once, but I stayed by zoro most of the time. I showed the crew my for one time and it was a white tiger which they thought was cool until I lost control over it.

One time when we were battling another crew, how zoro got injured by a random ass pirate by pure luck.  I was so pissed that I turned into my animal form   and I  walked to the guy who injured Zoro slowly while everyone else was trying to tell me to stop.

I didn't listen to them, I just blocked out all of their yelling. "y/n stop" Usopp yelled. Robin just giggled because she knew why I was doing what I was doing. Everyone tried to stop me with words over and over again but it didn't work . everyone except for Zoro. He just walked up to me and put a hand on my head.

"y/n I'm okay  It's only a scratch  no need to get angry on my behalf " he said then I looked over to him and back at the guy I just growled at him and then slowly turned back into  my normal body. Luffy took care of the guy who hurt Zoro.

"I'm glad you're okay," I said, hugging him. "It was really only a scratch but thank you" he said smiling. Then we both fell asleep. "looks like she found a way to control it" Robin said to Nami smiling.

A/N: I literally fell asleep while typing this. now I'm posting this in school cause I need it done. and I will most likely forget to post this if I don't do it now.
