A/n: I don't normally do this but I thought that I would let you know that this dose have a lot of abuse in it and i thought that id warn you in case if it triggers anyone. but please read at your own risk.

Ace pov

     "Hey Ace come over here for a sec " Marco said to me and I walk over there and I see him pointing at an abandoned building. "Yeah what's up?". "I heard crying over there, Yoi,"  Marco said, looking terrified. "Are you scared of ghosts Marco?" I say, trying to hold in my laughter.

"No I'm not trying to make sure that whatever I see someone else sees Yoi" he said with a flustered face. "  are you sure you're not trying to use me as a human flashlight" I say crossing my arms. "Just come on " he said walking ahead.

We explored the whole building except for one room and it was locked. "Well it looks like nobody's here so we can't find out what that noise was too bad" I say walking to the front door. "Hey Ace w-wait ummmm why don't you just go under the door with your devil fruit Yoi '' he said and I looked back at him and glared.

"Fine but you know without context that sounds very weird you know" I walked back over to the door and I went under the door and unlocked it from the inside. "There happy?" I say opening the door. "Y-yeah  thank you Yoi '' we looked around and saw that the room looks like it hasn't been used for a while.

There was a bed in the middle of the room and a night stand on the right side of the bed with a little lamp on it.  On the left side of the room there was a stand up dresser and I looked at the floor and saw footprints leading to the dresser.  I opened the dresser and no one was there. "Weird" I say slowly.

"Hey Marco you've been quiet for a while whats up" I say slowly looking back at him. All I see is his eyes glued to the window. I look at the window and see someone sitting by the window with a blanket covering their body. I walked over to Marco and closed the door quietly, making him move. I put my finger over my mouth to make sure he was quiet.

Then I walked slowly and quietly over to the person and grabbed the blanket off of them. Then they look at me terrified. "H-hey it's alright you don't need to worry your not in harm's way" I say trying to comfort them.

"Marco come over here real quick" I say turning back over to him. He then calms down and makes his way over to me and the person.  "Hi, this is my friend Marco and my name is Ace. What is yours?" I say putting my hand out. She then did something with her hands. "Marco you know what she said" I say looking back at him.

"Yeah she signed her name yoi " he said looking back at me. "What you know sign language?" I say in disbelief bringing my hand back to my side. "Yeah I learned it a long ass time ago so I'm a bit rough around the edges yoi" .

"Wait, what is her name?" I ask now, facing  him. "Her name is y/n yoi". I look back at her to see that she still is unsure of what to do. "Hey y/n you can hear us right" I say and she just nods. "Can you talk-" Marco interrupted me by hitting me in the back of the head.

" stop asking so many questions" he said, turning his attention to y/n. "Hey y/n if it's alright with you would you want to come with us don't worry we won't hurt you we just want to get you out of here yoi" he said now kneeling down to her side.

y/n pov 

The man with the pineapple looking head kneeled down next to me and I signed. "Sorry but I can't go with you guys' ' I say still a little on edge that someone came to this place. "Well in that case do you mind answering a question I have? yoi" the guy named Marco asked. I nodded. "Why are you in this abandoned building by yourself?" I then looked outside to see that my mom was coming over here.
