Marcos pov

   I walked into the kitchen area and saw that y/n wasn't there. "Hey ace you know where y/n is" I asked ace. He looked at me with food stuffed in his face. "Oh yeah she's still in her room she hasn't left for a while now" he said then falling asleep into his food.

I felt a sweat drop from the side of my head. I walked over to y/n's room. Why hasn't she come out of her room yet?. I get that she is an inventor but she needs to eat something. I knocked on her door and heard something or rather someone falling then she opened the door. " Oh Marco, what a -pleasant surprise," she said smiling.

'God I love that smile. Then I look behind her to see that there is at least 20 cups of r/e/d (random/energy/drink). "y/n what have you been working on?" I ask kinda concerned for her health. " I'm working on something that might help pops a little with his health" she said, turning around so I let myself in.

"really now and how many hours of sleep did you get" she went right back to working on it. "I'm almost done with it" she completely ignores my question. "y/n" I say trying to get her attention. "y/n look at me". She said nothing.

"y/n look.at.me" I then grabbed whatever she was working on and then she looked at me. "Hey Marco give me that back I'm almost done with it." she said. " I look into her eyes and notice how bad her eye bags really are.

"Answer my question and then maybe  I'll give it back," I said, holding it above her . "That's not fair." she said. "How many hours have you slept and when was the last time you ate food or just drank water?" I ask glaring at her.

"Like the other day" she said trying to reach it by jumping.. "Got to the kitchen to eat something right this instant" I demand  pointing towards the door. "Not until you give it back to me, " she said, jumping and almost grabbing it.

"No not until you go and eat a full meal and drink some water and get more than 8 hours of sleep for at least 3 days and if that means I have to sleep in here with you to make sure that happens then I will '' I say with a slightly tinted face.

"f-fine" then she leaves and I turn around to start to clean but before I could even start to clean I hear  a thud. "Y/n" I turn around to see y/n on the floor  breathing heavily. I quickly pick her up and slowly drop her own on the bed and tuck her in. I feel her forehead and  of course she has a fever.

"Damn it y/n why do you have to overwork yourself? '' I say as I walk to the kitchen to get a towel and a bowl of water. I told Thatch what happened and he shook his head in disappointment but then told me to tell y/n to get better soon.

I got back to y/n's room with a towel and trash bag . I put the towel on her forehead and then started to clean up her room a little bit. When I got done I counted around 45 cans of r/e/d. "Damn it y/n why did you drink this much" I say to no one in particular.

" probably because I wanted to finish what I started" I turned around to see y/n sitting up. "y/n you're awake here let me grab you some food and some water" I say leaving the room. I came back to see y/n fidgeting with that gadget in her hands.

"y/n put that down and eat and then go back to sleep" I say placing the food down infront of her. "But I'm almost done," she said in a pouty tone. "I don't care, eat and drink something that isn't r/e/d" I said, taking the gadget away and putting it somewhere where she couldn't get it.

" Fine,"  she said, taking a bite of food and then another and another and then another. " y/n slow down or else you're gonna throw up" I say getting the trash can ready. "Relax I'm not going to -" I brought the trash can up to y/n  and I held her hair back and rubbed her back.

"This is what happens when you eat food after not eating for a couple of days you have to eat your food slowly" I say taking the trash can and putting it back on the floor. "Right sorry I'll slow down" then she started to slowly eat and actually chewing her food.

Then when he finished her food I took it back to Thatch and then walked back to y/n's room to make her fall asleep. I knocked on the door  and I heard a weak "come in". I open the door to see y/n trying to sleep but not really succeeding.

"Here put this on your head" I got a damp paper towel and placed it on her head and sat next to her as I watched her drift off into sleep. I heard light snores and I pecked her on the forehead. " I love you y/n" and then I smiled.

"I love you to ...Marcoooo" then I smiled even deeper. I tucked her in and then left the room so she would sleep properly and I took the thing that she was working on. I look at her beautiful sleeping figure and then left the room with a light smile.

a/n : I'm low-key scared with how many views this story got . like 268 jeez that's a lot of views but thank you so much for the views. Also i don't even really coordinate where i'm spacing i just press space when i see a period that a good distance away form the other space. this is also one of my shorter stories.
