"Will you stop?" Sam asked, following Tara.
As soon as Tara had comprehended what Sam did, she didn't hesitate to storm out of the party. Of course, because of this, everyone else followed suit. By everyone else, this meant Sam, Chad, Mindy, Anika, Ethan, Lia, Amanda, Joshua, Jonah, Cleo, Ozzie, and Tatum.
Everyone minus Sam and Tara stayed silent, not knowing how to react due to not having witnessed anything like this before.
Of course, after being friends with the Carpenter sisters for so long, you eventually learned about what had happened to them a year ago in Woodsboro. This just meant they were more understanding as to why Sam was as protective as she was, and why she took precautions the way that she did.
Lia and Ethan stood in the back, keeping their distance from the others. Lia was still upset about multiple things that had happened tonight, hating how her night could go absolutely perfect to shitty in just a matter of moments.
Ethan stayed right by her, all the while keeping his eyes locked on the conversation at hand. He wanted to talk to Lia about multiple things tonight, most importantly the blonde known as Savannah and why Lia reacted the way she had. But this was not the right place or the right time, so that was going to have to wait.
"I cannot believe you did that, you embarrassed me!" Tara yelled back.
"That guy was a dick, he was going to take advantage of you!" Sam yelled in return. This caused Tara to stop, turning to Sam and the rest of the group.
"So?!"
"So?" Sam repeated, stopping directly in front of her sister.
"If I'm gonna hook up with an asshole that's my decision!" She screamed, anger written all over her features. "It's my decision!"
"Okay," Sam said, her voice much calmer than before.
"It's not about you! I mean you- you're out of my life for five years and then you can't leave me alone for five minutes." The Carpenter girl waved her arms around in frustration.
"Because you're not dealing with what happened to us- have you even gone to see the counselor once?" Sam asked, her voice lowering as she mentioned what had happened a year prior.
Lia hadn't known too many details, as she wasn't the type of person to press someone into saying something. According to Tatum, last year in their hometown of Woodsboro Sam's ex-boyfriend and Tara's best friend went on a killing spree, killing multiple people in their town.
This included Chad's ex-girlfriend, along with a few other people they cared about deeply.
