Chapter 26 (Last Chapter)

6 years later

Radha Rani stood in front of a well-decorated Dixit House. This is the first time she is here in front of this house and in this city after Sonakshi's accident and miscarriage. Her husband didn't allow her and their son near anywhere residents of this house nor let her know anything about them. 

Today Dixit House is decorated as a new bride and every relative is invited as it is the engagement of the youngest member of this generation of Dixit House, the huge beautifully created banner says Engagement of Niki Dixit and Somnath Agarwal. She looked again and entered the house. 

Everyone is busy doing the last-minute preparation for the engagement of pampered Dixit princess. Radha Rani first met with Riya. A heavily pregnant Riya was sulking that she is looking fat and can't enjoy her baby sister's engagement fullest while her husband Apurb is pleading with her to come down and was trying to feed her. 

Radha Rani looked another side with hints of tears in her eyes she was not invited to Riya's engagement and Wedding. From upstairs Dev also witnessed the cute scene between his sister and his brother-in-law. How much he was against the marriage and it took his mother and wife too well 1 month to make him understand that Apurb is good for Riya. When Riya found love with much older than her hospital administrator of Sonakshi's hospital and told about them Dev was shocked and enraged. 

Apurb and Riya have a huge age gap of 10 years and he is older than Dev and Ranveer also. Dev thought that this gap will bring a difference between them it's nearly a generation gap. Their separate point of view will also be a problem. Besides the age problem, their profession and busy schedules of him also was a cause of worry for Dev as he thought Apurb wouldn't able to give time to Riya. 

Though Apurb seemed to him a well-mannered, well-established, polite caring guy but it was hard for him to shake those thoughts from his head. Ishwari and Sona tried to reason with him that when two people truly love each other then these matters are not a problem for them. He finally gave in to Sona's demands when she gave him the silent treatment and literally kept him away from all his beloved ones especially those two without whom he can't spend a day even and now see these two are happily married and going to be parents soon. 

He thanked God for bringing Sonakshi to his life who always was there for him. Thought of his beautiful gorgeous wife and he noticed she was busy for a few days running and taking care of everything and everyone except herself. He went to the kitchen to take two glasses of fresh juice and some snacks and went to Niki's room.

In Niki's room, Sona was having a hard time handling jittery Niki who was pacing in her room. In the whole Dixit family, she is the one who is having arranged marriage as she wasn't much confident with her own choice so she let her family choose which is best for now. But now she felt that she doesn't know what her would-be fiancé much what will have if she can't match his expectation or disappoint him. 

Dev smiled at his sister's antics and joined Sona who was trying to make her understand that it is only her engagement marriage that will take place 6 months later and she will get a chance to get him to know during this period. Finally, they were successful to make Niki relax and he was successful also to make those two gulp their juice. Before running to manage their respected duties Sona mouthed "Thank you for being my support system" to her husband and gave a peck on his lips.

Radha Rani intends to go to Ishwari's room but is stopped by a scene. She saw Neha running behind 4 naughty kids one 6-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy and two most naughty around 2-year-old toddlers with plates of food in her hand. The girl shouted Mommy we will not eat these and neither will we drink milk. Neha scolded them and again ran after them who entered Ishwari's room to save them from the food Neha in their tow. 

Radha Rani knew that Neha is a mother now but her husband kept her in dark about the details so seeing her happily with 4 kids make her sad that nobody bothered to tell her anything. On her way, she saw Ranveer who was busy handling the decoration for the evening and after a Nomaste Mami ji went back to his work. She entered Ishwari's room to greet the sight of Ishwari sitting peacefully among the kids and telling them stories while Neha feed the too-engrossed kids. After they finished with their food Neha excused herself to give attention to other matters and bumped into Mami. Smiling to Mami and exchanging little hi hallow she went to look after her responsibilities.

 Ishwari smiled at Radha Rani and asked her to come inside. Kids become a little afraid to see her while the elder girl and boy sat close to their grandmother, twin toddlers hid behind their grandmother. Radha Rani was surprised to see Ishwari calm and in peace, while there is such a big function going to take place, it is very unlike Ishwari. She was famous for tension and running during such occasions. 

She asked Ishwari the reason and she said Sona and Neha took every responsivity and they are well capable to handle anything. Then Radha Rani asked about the kids, and to her utter surprise Ishwari said Neha is the mother of the elder girl Nirali and boy Rohan and the 2 and half-year-old twins Daksh and Disha are Dev's kids. Nirali and Rohan started to communicate with Radha Rani after they got to know her as their Mami Nani but Daksh and Disha disliked her and remained hidden behind their Dadi.

 Dev came inside the room with 2 medicine strips and gave them to Ishwari. He was unhappy to see Mami there as he was worried for Sona who will panic after seeing her, Ishwari understood and with her eye said to let her handle the matter. Loudly she said, "Dev arrange Bhabi and Vicky's tickets for tomorrow, as the wedding is 6 months later so there is no need for them to neglect their family by staying here." 

Radha Rani understood that she and her son is not welcome there and left the room. His twins came behind their dadi and shouted "pappaaa" He picked his tired and sleepy kids to make them lure in sleep in their nursery and asked Nirali and Rohan to go to their room as it is their Nani's time to take rest. They listened to their Mama and went to their room to avoid their Mommy's scolding. After assuring Ishwari that everything is under control and prepared he left with the kids. Ishwari smiled to witness all her children happy and settled in their life and thanked God to bless all of their happiness finally after so many ups and downs.
