Chapter 1:

Stepping onto the big main stage, really made reality hit. Zhanghao knew what he was going to do on this show. And it was debut.

But he sure as hell wasn't prepared for the fear and anxiety that came along with it.

He was confident. He was confident in his vocals, in his dance abilities, and in his expressions.

But he was scared, also. What if he didn't make it? There were 98 boys here, after all. All of them trying to achieve their biggest dream.

That was one thing they all had in common.

But Zhanghao also remembered that this was a competition. He wasn't here to make lifetime long friends.

He was here to win.

"Are you nervous?" Ricky asked him, fixing the collar of his jacket.

Zhanghao shook his head. "I'm well prepared. We all are. There's no need to feel nervous"

"If you say so" Ricky chuckled, checking his mic one last time. They were currently standing in the 'waiting area' as they were about to perform soon.

The four G group Yuehua trainees, had worked really hard for this stage, and were determined to beat the K Yuehua team.

"We're gonna win" Gyuvin announced, a member of the opposite team.

"We'll see about that" zhanghao spoke back, leading his group onto the stage.

Before they even started, Zhanghao was asked to perform a song with his violin, since he said he was good at it.

"It's not that expensive, I think 10 million won?" He answered to the question of the star master, who asked how expensive his violin was.

He could heard the surprised noises of the other trainees, as he internally smirked. He loved impressing people.

The screams and sounds were even louder after he was done performing.

The whole group had made a great impact with their performance, but Zhanghao was the only one to get all star. And he was sure going to keep it that way.

The K Yuehua team was next, and honestly, Zhanghao was a bit surprised at how well they did, but he still thought his own team did much better.

Not many people had impressed Zhanghao yet, but that's when this solo performer had entered the scene.

Just by his looks, Zhanghao could tell he was good.

'Possible competition' he thought.

"Hello, I'm Sung Hanbin" the boy introduced himself, his voice sounding very sweet.

Before Zhanghao even realized, the boy and Master Lip J were doing a dance battle.

And damn this boy knew how to dance.

"What's his name again?" Zhanghao asked to Ricky, who answered with, "sung hanbin"

His performance was great, and Zhanghao was a bit stunned seeing that he didn't get all star.

"The standards are really high" he spoke to no one in particular.

Time flew by really fast, and they were already at the second mission. Zhanghao was quietly practicing the signal song by himself, when other trainees stepped into the G group practice room.

There were the K Yuehua trainees, some others and lastly, the boy whose name Zhanghao couldn't forget, Sung Hanbin.

Matthew ran straight to Hanbin, hugging him. Zhanghao had found out that they were friends even before joining boys planet.

"Hao hyung?" Zhanghao snapped out of his daze only when Ricky waved his hand in front of Zhanghaos face.

"Oh sorry. I was zoning out" he laughed awkwardly, when he noticed that everyone was staring at him.

"Introduce yourself" Zihao, another Chinese trainee, whispered in Chinese.

"Oh, I'm Zhanghao, nice to meet you" he bowed, smiling softly.

"Hao hyung! How did I do in my performance?" Yujin came up to him, throwing an arm around his hyung's shoulders.

All the Yuehua trainees, despite being rivals in the show, were very close to each other.

"You did great" Zhanghao praised, poking Yujin's cheek, who grimaced.

"Is there someone you want to get close to, Hanbin hyung?" Someone Zhanghao didn't remember spoke, asking Hanbin.

Hanbin seemed to think about it for a while, before his eyes met Zhanghaos.

He spoke without moving his gaze, "I want to get closer to Zhanghao" he smiled, and zhanghao could only gulp in response, and smile back.

He would have to stay away from this Hanbin character.
