As the music was playing, Zhanghao completely absorbed himself into the music. He because one with it, following the steps he learned by heart.

"Are we Ready guys?" Heotaek asked after the music stopped, wiping his forehead.

"Hell Yes!" Gunwook cheered, Running out of the practice room, probably to go to some of the other younger trainees.

"He's always so full of energy" Zhanghao shook his head, smiling.

"He drains mine too" Heotaek laughed.

"I'll go follow him, I have to find someone" Heotaek continued, following after the youngest boy.

Zhanghao laid down, putting himself in a starfish position.

Hanbin joined him, laying down in the same position.

"Are you confident? In the performance, I mean" Hanbin asked, running a hand through his hair.

"Of course. I worked hard" zhanghao answered.

"You did. I hope you get first place" Hanbin said, which made Zhanghao turn his head to look at him.

"You don't want to be first?" Zhanghao wondered.

"This Time, you really deserve it more than me. I saw how hard you worked for this" Hanbin looked back at him.

Zhanghao sighed.

"Do you think we'll debut?"

"You want to debut together with me?" Hanbin smiled, turning to lay on his side, holding his head up with his hand.

"You know what? Never mind" Zhanghao huffed, ignoring Hanbin.

"Come here" Hanbin widened his arms, wanting Zhanghao to hug him.

"Why should I?" Zhanghao asked.

"Because you like cuddling with me" Hanbin smiled, still waiting with his arms opened.

"I never said that"

"Yeah but, last time we did, you could have pushed me away, but you didn't. Which means you liked it" Hanbin explained.

Zhanghao wanted to go into Hanbins arms. But the cameras present were really stressing him out.

Hanbin closed his arms. He whispered, "I understand" in Chinese.

"Where did you learn that?" Zhanghao wondered, surprised.

"Secret" Hanbin mumbled, holding his index finger in front of his lips.

Zhanghao rolled his eyes, but smiled nonetheless. He was happy that Hanbin understood him.

"Tonight" a whisper again, also in Chinese.

———

It was late now, maybe around 3am.

The sky was darkened, the building silent, and under the covers of room 267, there was Zhanghao laying with his arm over his eyes, trying to fall asleep.

It was to no use.

A week already went by, which meant tomorrow was finally their tomboy performance.

Zhanghao really needed to sleep to be in a good condition tomorrow, but he couldn't fall asleep, and he didn't know why.

Maybe because Hanbin had said something about 'tonight' and he didn't do anything?

Nah, pfffttt, what??

"Hao hyung, Are you awake?" Hanbin's face couldn't be seen in the dark, but Zhanghao could make out his silhouette.

"Yeah, what is it?" Zhanghao whispered.

"Move a bit"

Zhanghao complied, only stopping once his shoulder hit the wall. He could feel Hanbin lifting the covers and slipping inside.

"Hi" Hanbin mumbled.

"Hi"

"Why'd you come here?" Zhanghao asked.

"I told you I'd come, tonight" Hanbin said, the last word once again in Chinese.

"Couldn't sleep?" Hanbin didn't let Zhanghao answer to his previous statement, asking the next question.

"Yeah, you neither?"

"Yup, wanted to sleep with you" it's like Zhanghao could hear his stupid smirk.

Zhanghao slapped his arm, hard.

"Shut up" luckily you couldn't see much, because damn, Zhanghao was a tomato.

"That hurt" Hanbin hissed, rubbing the spot which Zhanghao hit.

"You wanna know why I'm really here?" Hanbin asked.

"Yeah"

"It's our last night here. Tomorrow evening we will be in different dorms. Probably"

"Oh, I forgot about that" Zhanghao spoke.

Hanbin hugged the older boy, pulling him closer to his chest.

"Does this make you uncomfortable?" Hanbin checked on him, looking down.

Zhanghao shook his head. "It's alright"

He inhaled Hanbins sweet rosy scent, which he had become used to.

"Do you have a favorite song, hao hyung?"

"I'm too indecisive for that. It changes constantly. You?" Zhanghao replied.

"Same goes for me."

"Can you sing a bit?" Zhanghao requested, kind of embarrassed.

"Everything for you" and then Hanbin started singing.

The original song was a bit faster, but Hanbin had slowed it down while he sang.

"If you ever wanna fall in love, If you ever wanna bet on us, if you ever wanna be my one, I'll be waiting. I'll be waiting."

Zhanghao felt his heartbeat accelerate, as he looked at Hanbin stunned while he sang.

Zhanghao could understand English perfectly, and laying there, in Hanbins arms, as the younger sang, Zhanghao realized something.

He realized that this, this felt like his second home.
