. . . . .

[Name]'s footsteps were loud and echoing against the dry soil and the dead leaves as they ran away from.... from them

"Come back, [Name]!"

"Who are you running from?!"

Adam and Jonah.

[Name] was running away from them.

Where did everything go wrong?

[Name] was just an ordinary college student when they met Adam and Jonah the first time. They seemed friendly, and took [Name] to their liking, and one month later the trio were already the greatest of friends. [Name] liked them too quite a lot. Jonah was one of the Betas, and Adam was one of the rarer form of the humans in the Omegaverse: the Alpha. In the world where [Name] lived, humans and alternates were segregated by these titles and were distinguished by earrings, all by the symbols of the Greek letter the titles derive from. Hence Adam had the gold earring of an α, and Jonah had the silver earring of the β, and Omegas had the bronze earring of Ω

However, sometimes there were outsiders like [Name] who were commonly known as the Delta, where they had a earring of the shape Δ. The Deltas either were divergent to the three major levels of the Omegaverse, or fit in neither three of the categories. [Name], along with the rest of the Deltas, were shamed and looked down upon, and despite the discrimination there were between the three major labels, the prejudice was worse for the Deltas.

But [Name] was faced with kindness instead when they have met the very rarity of the people like Adam and Jonah. They were nothing but friendly to [Name], and that was all it took for them to stick with the two young adults. Perhaps that's why they stuck to them like gum when they became friends with each other.

Adam was one of the typical Alphas one would encounter: he was emotionally difficult to approach, and was a tough guy. He had the strength and the leadership of a hero, and he was very protective and stubborn. However, since he was also having difficulties in expressing love and emotions, he took most of these expressions to grumpiness and anger, and he was often somber and solemn. He was also quite the stubborn mule, despite the fact that he was known for his charismatic and dominant appearance. Luckily this trait also meant that he was very loyal when it came to the people he was close with, and a protective one at that too. He possesses the phenotypes of short and wavy straw blond hair, electric blue eyes, a lean fit and tall with a fair complexion. He had long lashes and a strong nose bridge, thin but luscious lips and a strong jawline. He was quite attractive, to say the least, which is expected from the hierarchy of the best of the best, the Alphas.

Jonah was also quite the lovable fellow, as he was a Beta: he was definitely more easier to approach than Adam was, both emotionally and physically. He was more in touch with his own emotions and were better at expressing them than Adam could, which made him popular for his friendliness. He was generally a supportive person, and was a great listener too. He had a great personality of a cool and chill guy, fairly easygoing and having funny humor when needed. He had a long face with tanned skin, long hair that was dyed silver, and was slightly shorter and less lean than Adam was. He wasn't the most charming as Adam and the Alphas would be, but saying that he wasn't good looking would be a lie: he was somewhat attractive warmly in his own way.

However, [Name] remembered the feeling of their heart sinking when the both had confessed to them. It was a wonderful day, they were on a lunch break so they were outside the park. The trees were lush, as the leaves swayed in the cool breeze. It was such a beautiful day, sunny and the humans and alternates were happily coexisting with each other, children playing in the grass. Perhaps this was the day where everything went downhill.
