On the way to the spa, Sharon busily scrolled through her meticulously prepared itinerary. "Alright, what's first on our luxurious agenda?" she asked, eyes sparkling with excitement.

"We've got a couple of massages, some waxing—your request, not mine—followed by manicures, pedicures, and a facial," Sharon chimed in like an enthusiastic game show host.

"Perfect! Let's head home for a quick change; I'm not parading around in a robe looking like an overstuffed sausage. We'll do waxing first, followed by the massage, and then the facial. Mani-pedi to finish it off," said Karol, holding up her fingers in a victorious 'OK' sign like a triumphant gymnast.

"I'm all in!" Sharon echoed, her excitement bubbling over, "And after we glam up, let's conquer the night, shall we?!"

"Oh, absolutely! We'll hit the club of your choosing, dance like we've been set free from the shackles of adulthood, and drink like we're thirsty camels in a desert!"

"Tonight is going to be legendary! And let's be real, I need to get laid! No holding back, or I'll metaphorically slice your throat!" she declared dramatically, miming the gesture, which made Karol shake her head disapprovingly.

"Calm down, sissy! I'm not stopping you, but just a quick question," Karol smirked.

"Shoot!"

"In that scenario where you 'get laid', are you doing it at home or the stranger's house, or maybe a hotel?" Karol asked flatly, keeping her eyes on the road.

"Bloody hell, definitely the nearest hotel! Do you seriously think I'd drag him back home while you listen? Eww, no way! Bitch, that's gross! I have some standard of decency here, thank you very much!"

"Excellent, because if that were the case, I'd kick both your sorry behinds out the house, starkers, just to let the world know what you've been up to," Karol howled with laughter, only to receive a playful slap on her arm from Sharon accompanied by a "Stupid sister!"

"Right, let's get changed and by 11.30, we'll grab some lunch before diving into the appointments and getting all glam and hairless for tonight's epic party!" Karol announced, dragging out the last 'y' as she parked in front of the house.

"It's set! Time to party like there's no adult supervision tonight!"

Both sisters bounded up to their rooms, readying themselves for their pamper session, but before the relaxing chaos unfolded, an important detail popped into Karol's head.

"Yo, sis!" Karol yelled from her room, her voice echoing like an alarm clock demanding attention.

"What now?" Sharon hollered back.

"Did you sort out a driver for our club escapade?"

"Bollocks! I didn't! I completely spaced it. Thanks for the reminder, sis!" Sharon said, snatching her phone like it contained the secret to life as she hurriedly dialled up the driving team.

On the second ring, Benjamin answered, and Sharon swiftly switched to loudspeaker. "Yo, Benjamin! What's the crack? Quick one—are you free tonight?"

"Yo Miss! Yes, I'm available tonight. What's cooking?" Benjamin replied in his usual buoyant business tone.

Karol chimed in with a sunny, "Hello, Ben!"

"Hello, Miss Karol! How are you?" came back Benjamin, his voice bright as day.

"I'm grand! How about you?" she responded, but just as he began, Sharon cut in.

"Alright, alright, let's cut the chit-chat. Benjamin, we need you to send someone to drive us and keep an eye on us tonight. You know, just in case the dance floor turns into a battlefield or something."

"Is everything alright there, Miss? Do you need me to send someone immediately?" Benjamin replied, suddenly serious.

"Calm your horses, Benjamin! All's peachy here. We just want a couple of men to keep us company. You know, to make sure we don't accidentally kidnap someone," Sharon said with an eye roll that practically echoed through the speakers, accompanied by an exaggerated sigh.

"So just how many do you need and when should they show up?" Benjamin asked, settling back into his professional groove.

"About 10 PM and just two bodyguards will do nicely," Sharon replied.

"Done! Just send me your address, Miss, so they know where to meet you."

"No need for that. Just tell them to wait at their hotel and we'll swing by to collect them. Much easier, I promise," Sharon said, her tone now all business.

"Alright, Miss, consider it done," Benjamin replied, though a glimmer of worry still lingered in his voice.

"Yes, Benjamin, that's all," Sharon replied curtly before hanging up the call, her gaze shifting back to her sister. "Can you not be so obvious?" she teased, a smirk playing at the corners of her mouth.

"What do you mean?" Karol asked, her brow furrowing in confusion.

Sharon leaned closer, lowering her voice conspiratorially. "I know you have a crush on Benjamin. He likes you too, but he keeps his distance because of our father's position."

Karol's eyes widened, an expression of annoyance crossing her face. "He works for Dad, Sharon. There can't be anything between us. Besides, I think of him as my older brother—he's married, for goodness' sake!"

"Actually, he's a divorcee now," Sharon pointed out, a playful glint in her eye. "Just because he used to be married doesn't mean you can't have feelings for him."

Karol shot her sister a look that clearly said 'drop it'. "He's trying to get back with his ex-wife, so let's not start imagining impossible romances here. I don't want to look like the needy sister pining after her sibling's friend."

"Okay, fine," Sharon surrendered dramatically, raising her hands in mock defeat. "I won't disturb your so-called relationship with your 'big brother', but I will definitely torment you both. It's too much fun!" She chuckled, air quoting 'big brother', just as a pillow whizzed past her head, promptly thrown by Karol.

Rolling her eyes, Karol stood up and headed for the door, glancing back at her sister. "Let's not get sidetracked. We have a late lunch date and then a bunch of appointments to get through."

As Karol exited Sharon's bedroom and walked toward her own, she gathered her belongings with a sense of purpose. After their appointments, and a brief dinner break in between, both sisters finally returned home, ready for a quick shower and a change before heading out for the night's festivities.

"Should I wear this one? Or this?" Sharon held up two dazzling dresses, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

Karol sighed, incredulous. "First, you should close your curtains and then strip, not the other way around," she jested, moving to close the window curtains. "Can you believe that since I've been here, I haven't opened my curtains once? It's like I'm allergic to sunlight or something!" she quipped, laughing at her own silly remark.

"Right, right. But seriously, which dress?" Sharon pressed, holding the garments up expectantly.

Karol inspected the dresses, finally pointing to the one on the right. "That one. They're both gorgeous, but let's just go for it."

"Good choice! I was thinking the same thing," Sharon said, tossing the other dress aside as she hung the chosen one in the closet. "Honestly, I love you. Otherwise, I'd have ripped your dress to shreds or burned it for tossing it around so carelessly."
