It was a peaceful morning in Gajasahrya, where princes had come for a leisure trip after they had gotten a break from their teacher Kripacharya, who had been teaching them basics of weaponry and giving them discources in Kingdom management.

It has been a while since Pandavas had arrived in Hastinapur, they had gotten well accustomed with everyone except for their Kaurav cousins.

Currently, Manvendra and Yuyutsu were taking a stroll beside a thin water stream which at a distance met with a larger river. It was quite a picturesque location, which gave immensely soothing to the mind.

The eyes of Vidurputra fell on the Pandavas who were sitting underneath the shade of the tree, visibly looking bored whereas the Kauravas were playing a game of catch amongst themselves, completely ignoring the existence of their other cousins.

Manvendra looked around to find something to play with and found a firm rope. An idea came to his mind which will eliminate the boredom of the Pandavas.

He picked up the rope and looked at the Pandavas.

"Taat !" He called Yudhisthir, who instantly looked at him, and so did his younger brothers.

"Would you play tug of war with us ?" Manvendra asked.

"Ofcourse !" Yudhisthir said with a smile, the younger Pandavas too were elated as they went running towards Manvendra and Yuyutsu.

"One team will be on that side of the stream and the other on this one. The team which shall fall down in the water first loses. Does that sound fine ?" Manvendra asked.

"Sure. Let's play." Yudhisthir said.

Manvendra smiled and jumped across the thin stream to the other side of land, and so did Yuyutsu, they were followed by Arjun and Nakul, whereas on this side Yudhishthir, Sehdev and Bheem stayed back together.

Both the teams held the rope firmly but before the game could begin their attention was caught by an argument which broke among their Kaurav cousins.

"This is a game of boys ! You go play with your dolls !" Duryodhan said.

"You all never let me play ! You always do this !" Dusshala said annoyed.

"Whatever just go and don't ruin our game !" Dushashan said.

Dusshala huffed folding her hands, and began walking away with a dejected face. Manvendra looked at her with pity.

"Dusshala !" He called, causing the daughter of Gandhari to look at him.

"What ?" She asked turning around.

"Would you care to join us ? We want to play tug of war but we're odd in number." Manvendra said.

"Can I ?" Dusshala asked with a smile.

"Ofcourse." Yudhishthir said, "Join our team, we have one less." He told.

"Sure !" The daughter of Gandhari beamed in joy as she rushed to the side of Yudhishthir, who happily let her stand in front of him, holding the rope.

"But what will the winners get ?" Dusshala asked.

"We haven't decided that." Yudhisthir said.

"There must be something.... Um.... How about the losers have to carry the winner on their back to Pramankoti !" Dusshala said.

"Anything you wish !" Manvendra said.

And so began the tug of war between them, sometimes the side of Yudhishthir seemed to be winning and pulling the team of Manvendra closer to the edge of the stream, sometimes opposite happened.

The strength of Raudra and Vayuputra was such that it was tough for anyone team to lose.

"Taat ! Pull harder !" Nakul said to Manvendra standing behind them all. The son of Vidur pulled the rope with more force causing the opponent side to edge closer to the stream.

There was not even distance of an inch between the stream of dusshala's feet, who was standing in the forefront of her team holding the rope. The princess whimpered slightly, not wanting to get wet.

"I don't want to get drenched ! Pull harder !" Dusshala said.

Seeing the plight of his cousin sister, Manvendra just let's go of the rope causing the opponent side to fall backwards and his side to get pulled ahead. Arjun, Nakul and Yuyutsu landed on water stream, getting the lower part of their garments wet.

"Taat Manvendra !" The three of them whined looking at him, who was firmly standing on the ground.

"Our sister wanted to win." Manvendra said shrugging his shoulders.

Arjun, Nakul and Yuyutsu looked at their opponent team who were cheering in victory for they won, seeing their smiles and giggles, especially that of Dusshala they didn't feel that bad at their loss.

"Come on brothers ! Get up ! Give us a ride to Pramankoti !" Dusshala said excitedly.

Arjun, Nakul and Yuyutsu chuckled seeing her enthusiasm and got out of the water and Manvendra too came to the otherside.

"Come, I'll give you a ride." Yuyutsu said and Dusshala happily got mounted on his back.

"Jyesht has always given me back rides, now it's my turn it seems !" Arjun said, too happy to let Yudhishthir ride over him.

"Come Sehdev." Nakul said and Sehdev climbed on his elder twin's back.

"There's no use of winning for me." Bheem said with a sigh, given his stature and figure, who can give him a ride ?

"Consider this your lucky day. Now mount on me." Manvendra said.

"Really taat ?" Bheem asked.

"I mean it." Manvendra said.

"Can you do it though ?" Bheem asked.

"Maybe he can, he's also taller than you." Sehdev said.

"Now mount on me before I change my mind." Manvendra said.

"A-Alright." Bheem said.

And that was after so long that the Vayuputra was mounted on someone's back, it was always him giving rides to his younger brothers.

Bheem almost gasped when Manvendra stood up holding Vrikoder's legs, which rested on his hips.

"Are you good ? Should I get off ?" Bheem asked.

"You're not as heavy as I thought Bheem, you should eat more." Manvendra said in jest.

"Right, this Nakul ate two of my Laddoos today and hence I appear light." Bheem said in jest making everyone laugh.

"Alright then let's race to Pramankoti, and the pair who wins will get two extra Laddoos." Nakul said.

"Now we have to win, Taat." Bheem said, making everyone laugh again.
