Quirk: Snowfall The user can create, shape and manipulate snow, precipitation in the form of flakes of crystalline water ice. Because snow is composed of small ice particles, it is a granular material with an open and therefore soft structure, unless subjected to external pressure. Snowflakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes, with types that fall in the form of a ball due to melting and refreezing, rather than a flake, are known as hail, ice pellets or snow grains.
Drawbacks: Body will freeze up and will make it hard to move if used too much.

Information: Lemien was once over seas where he got punched and kicked for everything he done in school, when they smashed up his things, hed go home to his auntie and uncle where they'd beat him so much for no particular reason, when he got beat so much at him and in school he froze the whole school, with his Auntie and Uncle inside, he crushed the school and killed over 18.9 thousand in one go. That incident is still talked about 12 years later known as the "red ice" incident. He apparently died in that incident too.
